There was nothing about Maila that we disliked.

We loved Malia, the staff were so accommodating. The facilities were great and hotel rooms were so comfortable. We will definitely rebook there.

Parking garage and process was really inefficient - you have to get a ticket everyday when you leave in and come back to the garage. The garage itself is built very poorly, while we were driving a jeep, we saw just a normal compact car struggle with the turns going up the garage as well. There’s also very limited parking and we had to park at a further overflow garage one night. Additionally, there were 3 workers manning the garage, and they all had different rules everyday - it felt very all made up in the moment and was very frustrating

We saw a cockroach in our room on the first 2 hrs of our arrival. That was a turn off.

The staffs are friendly and helpful. Everyone had been so nice. The location is perfect.

Our room was noisy both from the traffic outside and from the opening and closing of doors in the corridor.

The location was good but the stand out was the staff; genuinely friendly,helpful and were so proactive in ensuring we were being looked after.

Lower floor room had terrible view of the parking lot/roof of building next door. Not worth the rate. Parking was a little pricey at $35/night and spots and ramp are very small - compact cars recommended.

Renovated rooms are cute and stylish. Hotel was very clean despite being very busy. Staff were welcoming and kind. Easy to check out beach towels. Excellent location - walking distance to major Waikiki spots. Parking on sight.

The room felt very small, mostly because there were 2 big beds and a large table. Maybe if they got rid of the table, it would feel roomier.

It was in a good location. We were able to book together with our friends so that our rooms were right next to each other! It was a good value!

I didn't like how small the bathroom was in our 2 bed room. We could also hear running water at all hours of the day, probably from the AC but not sure?

The toilet flushing was loud...you can even hear the floor above you. A small chair on the patio would also have been nice. These weren't the biggest of deals but just to be aware of them.

Room: super clean, comfortable bed. Staff: The BEST. From the check-in to the cleaning to the check-out staff, the service was impeccable. My aunt, mom, and I were treated with the utmost kindness. My flight departed at 11 pm but was still granted the opportunity to enjoy my day and allowed access to a courtesy shower.

Unfortunately, the wifi was very poor outside the lobby. Also, we had some issues with maintenance of the loo. This then required us to change rooms in the middle of the day, which is a hassle when you only spend little time in O'ahu.

The location was unbeatable. The newly renovated rooms where really nice and we enjoyed the option of dipping into the pool in the evening (thought it would have been nice if the pool closed at 10:00 pm and not 9:00 pm). Having experienced both the city view and the ocean view, I enjoyed the city view more as it was quieter and still nice where we were situated.

we had opted for the everyday cleaning in our room and at one point it took a couple of days for them to come clean it. Plus our TV’s chrome cast wasnt working which is what they advertise. But overall good stay!

The pool and spa area isn’t very inviting, small , no real natural light or nice landscape . There were two long hairs in the bath tub upon check in. Walls are a little on the thin side

The location to restaurants, shopping and the beach are really convenient . The room was updated and furnished nicely.

The wifi is poor. It often disconnected. I hate the noise. I can hear every word from my neighbors. The laundry is twice more expensive than the other hotel I stayed in Waikiki. There is only one elevator to the laundry and gym. The swimming pool is tiny.

The location is great! Close to many restaurants and beaches.
