Booking thru this app led to awful communication with the property. So be sure to communicate directly. The onsite food was good but overpriced. So, go to Roostica, El Mocho or Hogfish all within a mile.

The location is not perfect. It is not actually a Key West, it is Stock Island. You don't want to take walks in the evenings in the neighborhood. I booked a room with partial ocean view, but I don't realize that the other part is a factory ). The parking price. There is no beach (a common issue for Key West).

Overall it is a great hotel. We spent a lovely time there. It is very nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff is helpful. Transfer to the Key West downtown is included. It takes 15 min to get there. It is very convenient. Kayaks rental is included, we enjoyed that. Background music selection is great!

Not a fan of the coffee in room situation. Kuerig isn’t the best quality. There was a small bug inside the water well of the coffee maker.

It was very well kept, peaceful. Camila at the breakfast/coffee bar inside the restaurant in the morning was exceptional! Amazing energy and excellent service.

the trip hazard in front of sliding door in my room. The baseboard trim should never be in front of sliding door. I tripped on iit. I would think that's against building code because of the trip hazard. I almost broke my toe on it

The lift outside our room seemed a little unreliable.

The whole property is very attractive - well designed and beautifully appointed, with lovely views. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony outside. Three pools lining each building meant there was plenty of pool space. The bar/ restaurant was inviting without being stuffy and had an extensive interesting menu. All the staff were very attentive and friendly. The regular shuttle service into Key West was a definite bonus.

A bit on the outskirts of the centre

Lovely resort style property right on the water. The hotels 6 pools was luxurious because it gave guests a chance to have plenty of space to relax. Food at the restaurant was delicious, and my dog loved the water front dog park!!

We arrived at about 1pm, knowing we were early for check in. Jason said, “let me see if there maybe a room available for you now”. After checking he said “ we do have one ready now, would you like it.” I said of course we would that’s great. He then said there would be a $45 charge for an early check in. I declined and he said he would text me around 3, when they would give the key. I think that is pretty petty when the room is ready yet made me sit around an hour and a half, by the time we completed the paperwork to get a key.
