The little store was neva open after 12 and there no other close store so we go other hotel to by stuff and kitchen was neva open we was looking for something to eat later in the day so had to go other hotel for food..

There are some cosmetic issues and a few upgrades needed as this is a slightly older resort. The seal on the refrigerator door was so loose the door wouldn't close and the freezer had lots of rust. Luckily we didn't need them. The elevators were so dusty around the top that little dust particles would be floating in the air when the doors opened and closed (that's what made me look up and see the dust piled up around the top of the wall panels). The chairs in the room were stained and so old they were thinning to the point of seeing the actual filling. And lastly, the railing on the balcony was loose on one end. The balcony railing was mostly concrete with a short iron railing at the top. The right side of the railing was loose. It really just needs a few touch ups and maybe a little upgrade. Overall, a good stay for what we paid.

Pleasant staff, great location for a quieter stay, but still only minutes to the busier part of Ocean Blvd. The staff though, really makes the stay a good one.

Our TV wasn't working. At first noticed the cable line wasn't attached, but that didn't solved it. Told desk the next morning and they would send someone to check. Later still nothing and was told they had a cable issue on site. Don't know.

Breakfast was great, the food was delicious and the omelet station was spot on. Also my wife loved the corn beef hash. The pool was nice, especially with the access to the bar right there.

Some of the rooms that was with our group had to leave the resort and find a room at another facility due to black mold and bugs in their rooms. Our television in our room did not work. Told us that someone was coming out to fix the room that did not have cable after Thanksgiving, did not offer to switch our room for us or anything.

The resort itself was a nice place to stay. The pools were a big hit with the children and the hot tubs as well. The rooms were nice two queen beds with a small kitchen. Microwave, toaster and a fridge. Would have liked for it to be a full kitchen with a stove as well. We had come down for a softball tournament and it's nice to be able to fix foods to take and not have to eat out the whole time while being out of town. We had ocean front, which was awesome to sleep with the doors open to listen to the ocean. The resort has a restaurant that offered breakfast lunch and dinner. It was fairly price though. A continental breakfast would have been awesome for the price of the rooms.

It was a little chilly during our stay. I found it odd that there was no "barrier" between outside & inside pools. But, still a nice area. The lighting in the bathroom could be a little better - to me, it wasn't normal lighting.

The weather towards the end of our stay wasn't so pleasant not the fault of the resort by any means but the parking got worse towards the weekend which was expected.

The location was close to the beach and a quick drive to many attractions the weather was also great for the most part. The staff and other guests were fantastic.

Everything was very nice. The ocean view was great. The pools and hot tubs were great. Good value. The property is a little older but still looks nice. They had a nice parking garage across the street.

That you had to park across the street and carry purchases so far to your room. And the check in process was horrible. Waiting in line a half hour to check in, with staff that was not friendly or informative, that definitely needs improvement.

Bed uncomfortable, man making omelets was super rude. When my husband asked the gentleman working 10/29/23 if this was where you order an omelet the man responded by saying "That's what the sign says right there" Super rude and uncalled for.

My parents room had a horrid odor and they should have said something when they checked in earlier in the week. We all could not stand to be in there. But our room was amazing. We will be back.
