The weather towards the end of our stay wasn't so pleasant not the fault of the resort by any means but the parking got worse towards the weekend which was expected.

The location was close to the beach and a quick drive to many attractions the weather was also great for the most part. The staff and other guests were fantastic.

Everything was very nice. The ocean view was great. The pools and hot tubs were great. Good value. The property is a little older but still looks nice. They had a nice parking garage across the street.

That you had to park across the street and carry purchases so far to your room. And the check in process was horrible. Waiting in line a half hour to check in, with staff that was not friendly or informative, that definitely needs improvement.

That the room was right on the water. Beautiful view.

Bed uncomfortable, man making omelets was super rude. When my husband asked the gentleman working 10/29/23 if this was where you order an omelet the man responded by saying "That's what the sign says right there" Super rude and uncalled for.

My parents room had a horrid odor and they should have said something when they checked in earlier in the week. We all could not stand to be in there. But our room was amazing. We will be back.

You should look into automatic dispensers for the shower and tub. The bathroom door needs to be fixed or replaced

Parking across the street not ideal but doable. More signage needed for how to navigate extra areas. Never was able to catch the restaurant open.

Oceanfront room was great with a cute balcony. Beds were comfy and enough pillows. Ample carts out front to carry luggage to rooms. Staff was very helpful and polite. Pool bar was fun, bartender awesome!

Well when my parents checked in on Wednesday, the room reeked of a fish smell. They are just too tired to complain but when I got here on Friday. Gross. I could not even stand to be in the room. It never faded. I do not know how they endured the smell the whole time. Others that visited them in their room were like - oh my - what is going on in here. I’m sure you will hear about it from your next tenant.

We love everything about this place. This is our 3 rd stay in our family over 3 years. My parents stayed in this suite and I had another. We loved all the conveniences and restaurants!!

Parking not so great. Also the Elvator to the 17th floor felt a bit stechy.

Super nice room, was expecting a basic room for the night but it was suite with a balcony that I could see the beach from. Sat outside on the Balcony the afternoon after working and the morning the next day. Unfortually for me this was work trip and only one night stay.

It's my second time staying here. We did request a room change because the first room was not quite up to par. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
