A little coffee maker in the room would have been an extra touch for our sunrise walk on the beach. We did find a place to get coffee up the boardwalk so probably no big deal.

The cottage was delightful and the location was perfect! The pool was right next door but had hrs so it didn't interrupt the quiet.

The location is perfect and close to everything. Parking is convenient and the pool area was a very nice. The balcony area was perfect for morning coffee.

The only issue was the water pressure in our shower and the toilet. This was not a deal breaker, though.

They need darker curtains. We would wake up at sunrise every day because it got so bright in the rooms.

The location was amazing, right across the street from the boardwalk and beach. Plus it was less than a 10 minute walk to all the restaurants on Asbury Street. We also loved that we had parking, and the fact they had a pool made it perfect.

There was still a tiny bit of sand on the second bed cover (the coarse Brown one). Air conditioner kept turning off and on and when it comes on it makes this loud sound, like a vacuum machine switched on (with gurgling water sounds). Even well into the night. Good thing we're tired enough to simply ignore the sounds and was able to sleep.

Great location. Just a few steps away from the boardwalk and beach. Fast check in with reserve parking per guest. Balcony has a beautiful view of Ocean City.

I was not comfortable in the bed, but this due to my personal preference. I could not find any fault with the bed or bedding.

Main desk was extremely pleasant and friendly. Cleaning staff was efficient and very courteous.

I was in town for the Ocean City block party. The location of this property was ideal as I was able to walk the 3 blocks. This place is also very walkable to the boardwalk.

The TV on our room was extremely small and didn't work, I'm assuming the batteries were dead in the remote, something that should be checked every now and again

The room was very small. Tough to move around in. Sheets and towels desperately need to be replaced. The towels were paper thin and very rough. Bed and pillows were not comfortable.

I enjoyed my stay but since it's the beginning of the season some things can still be worked out. Examples, lamp and bathroom fan did not turn on. TV was either not connected, or wifi was weak, or batteries in remote needed changing. I could only watch a couple shows on roku. No 'do not disturb' signs. No extra blankets. I guess I could have called, or walked across the street to the front desk. There were no coffee pods, tea, or other packets to go with the coffee machine. The water is terrible at the shore; two bottles of water in the fridge would go a long way toward hospitality optics. The washcloth swans are outdated, I would not waste your housekeepers' time doing those. **Walls were VERY thin. I could have eavesdropped on my neighbors if I stood in the bathroom but not all about that. No inner hallway, goes right out to porch, and the window blinds didn't feel super private. Very limited off street parking and no permits (maybe during peak season?). Probably could throw out some washcloths and replace. I would not stay here during peak season because the walls were thin. Bring headphones/noise machine for the kids.

Very very very clean, outdoor seating with tables, close to beach and boardwalk, close to restaurants. Housekeeper came in even though I was only there 2 nights. Electronic door locks. Heat worked well. Front desk flexible with room changes. I feel I got an upgrade when they moved me to the property across the street. Fridge and microwave, coffee pod machine and mugs, which I didn't see listed in the amenities. Updated bathroom fixtures.
