Nothing, it’s the best.

If you are staying in Kuta Lombok you must stay here! This place is amazing, the staff are the nicest people you will ever meet and will help you with anything that you need. The rooms are very spacious and clean, you have a choice of 3 pools and also receive free breakfast every morning. It is very peaceful here and you are only a few minutes walk from the main street. I cannot wait to be back.

Yulis homestay is a clean and comfortable place. We were here one night and loved swimming in the pools. The breakfast was incredible and came with fresh fruit, smoothie and coffee. Scooter hire was available there. The location is perfect, right next to the main street.

I loved having a room in front of pool! 3 pools at this accomodation, so felt like our private pool! The grounds were immaculate! Yuli such a lovely lady!

Everything was really great - it was one the favourite places to stay in Lombok and excellent value for money. Also there were three pools.

Yuli seemed worried that it wasn’t as modern as other places that have started more recently, but actually it’s so lovely and even if there are more modern places - I doubt they’re as clean nor as well looked after as Yuli’s.

Yuli is so lovely, and the place is really calm but close to the centre of everything.

Minor: some wifi black spots and the rooms are aging. Knowing this in advance may assist some, we didn’t mind and we would stay again.

Loved the space. 3 pools, little areas to sit outside and relax. Dinner menu and onsite massage. Short walk to a Main Street- plenty of food options. Access to a kind driver with 7 seater car. The staff were super lovely. We enjoyed having many chats and also learning some history about the area and the homestay.

Nothing bad to say!

Absolutely perfect in every way. The room was spacious, extremely clean, and very comfortable (AC was great)! The pool was lovely, the included breakfast was a great addition with several options to choose from, and the staff were all SO kind and lovely. Cannot recommend this property more!

Kuta beach is not great so you need to rent a scooter if you want to go to the better beaches. That's noting against Yuli's homestay, but more so information.

Lovely pools available and nice breakfast each morning. There's a lovely spot up the road called Mana that does Yoga each day which you can sign up for.

Over longer stays breakfast might become a bit monotonous but that’s the same for all the hotels in this category.

Excellent location, easy to walk everywhere. They rent scooters for a fair price. Everything is very clean and well maintained and the staff is very friendly. No hot shower in the room but easy to take one at the shower cabins next to the pool. There’s a communal kitchen with free water refill. Location is also very quiet. We ended up staying over two weeks it was just so comfortable to explore the south using Yuli’s as a base! Their driver, who named himself as ‘ConQueror’ was great for our trips.

The property and rooms are really spacious, especially if you are travelling solo. Staff were really attentive to detail and they practice daily cleaning of the rooms. Super helpful in providing directions and good spots when I first reached.

We were super happy with our stay at Yuli's. It was peaceful and off the main road in Kuta but close enough to walk to all the restaurants at night. The pools were amazing to relax around and the gardens lovely for the kids to roam about in. The staff were very helpful at sorting out a scooter, laundry, and offering advice on where to go to see the best of the beaches around Kuta. Very enjoyable stay.

Lovely place, looks like to photos. Grounds are spacious and relaxing, nice pools. Big clean rooms. the communal kitchens are very convenient for making tea coffee and keeping beers cool! Good choice of breakfast for a few days stay. Using the communal hot showers was no problem.

No hot water in the bedrooms, but we just used the communal showers which were warm. The breakfasts weren’t the best quality and the dining area was very hot and cramped so you didn’t want to hang about long. The fridge was a little bit grotty, perhaps guests could be asked to label their food and anything they leave could be thrown out!

Lovely pool, plenty of loungers. Nice area to sit outside our bedroom. You could use plates etc from the shared kitchen and use the fridge, plus always water refills available. We stayed for 10 days and found the room spacious and comfortable. Staff were really friendly, kind and helpful. There was an offer to clean the room most days. Laundry service was also good!

Large well equipped bungalow in extensive green tree covered grounds with 3 beautiful traditional stone clad pools to allow guests plenty of space . The breakfast was amazing simple and greasy ; fruit , fruit juice , coffee and eggs to order or Indonesian fare . The staff where exceptional and the driver Yuli provided ( Rose ; sorry if I’ve spelt this wrong ) was helpful, punctual and happy . Thank you Yuli and all her staff

No fridge in rooms

Family room had 3 beds which was a nice bonus. There was a wardrobe to help organize our bags but the doors needed repairing as they wouldn’t close. Room was clean. No hot water in the bathroom but could access hot water in the shower house close to our room. A fridge in the room would have been nice but there was access in shared kitchen. Kitchens had enough dishes/pots to cook a simple meal which was nice. The 3 pools and huge groomed yard was great for the kids. Lots of space to run and play. Breakfast was simple was good. Affordable, easy scooter rental, laundry services, and spa services. They also helped arrange a west gili island tour which was convenient

We had an amazing stay at Yuli's, everything was perfect. Staff were so kind and helpful, the room was great (awesome AC!) and the pool was such a bonus. Definitely recommend the banana pancakes for breakfast!

Yuli was the most welcoming, helpful host. the grounds were even more beautiful than I imagined and the rooms spacious and clean. The accommodation is in an excellent location, right on the edge of all of the action so still nice and quiet (except for the mosque next door). Great value for money with the fantastic breakfast included. I'll definitely stay at Yuli's again!

The use of plastic straws for juices at breakfast, given the plastic pollution everywhere, is simply unnecessary. Adults should be able to drink without straws ;) We told Yuli and she seemed grateful for the remark and promised to do something about it.

Water refill possible which helps to reduce the insane amount of trash in Indonesia. Spacious rooms, friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere & trust-based use of drinks in the fridge & of scooters. Fair price for scooter rental and laundry. Transport was easily organized at a fair price too :)
