Property is run down. Pictures were missing from the wall with just hooks showing, blinds on the windows broken or missing, old slipcovers on sofa, front window to room is cracked, a fountain that doesn't work, potted plants in broken pots, and lounge chairs by the pool are old and faded or broken. With just a little sprucing up this could be a great spot. Though falling apart it was very clean which was nice. Disappointed that the room I was promised was not available when we arrived and were initially given a room with 2 beds which was not going to work with it being our anniversary. Man at front desk didn't offer any type of apology or compromise and didn't seem to really care. Rate included beach chairs and umbrellas but they were rusty and decrepit. oh well. at least we got a room with a queen size bed.

Its a small old resort, but very clean and has a really nice heated pool. With a little sprucing up this could be a great spot.

The furniture, just like everything in the hotel was very old. The cleanliness of the room was also pretty bad upon move in day. The place has loads of potential, but could certainly use a renovation.

The location is great, right near the beach. The room is decently spacious, though a bit dark. The staff was also very kind and welcoming!

1. For morning coffee, we had to go out. With a nice kitchenette, including coffee maker, already in the room, it seems like a very small additional perk to supply coffee for guests in the room. 2. The mattress felt worn and too soft. The pillows were too big and “blocky”, so sleep quality wasn’t so good.

1. Literally a 3-minute walk across the street to the waterfront park & beach :) 2. The pool was nice during the hot afternoons. 3. The property was quiet at night. 4. The climate control system in the room worked perfectly.

Not bad, but just be aware that the parking lot is small.

Hotel is (very) old but has been kept up pretty well, noisy AC.

Hotel is right on the beach, literally a 2min walk. There are beach chairs for rent on the beach for rent. Bed was very comfy and even though the hotel is old, it’s unbeatable in price / location.

Housekeeping staff was scarce. Ran out of toilet paper in the evening with no way of getting any after office closes.

Room was bigger than expected. Kitchen amenities made it easy to feed the family and dogs.
