No housekeeping while there and when asked they didn’t do much. When I arrived, there were tortilla chips in side dresser. When I told the person at the front desk, her response was she had no one to clean it. I cleaned it myself. When I told the general manager, she was much nicer and apologized profusely for that staff member.

That most of the electrical outlets didn’t work and were not conveniently located. We knew this was a potential issues based off of other reviews so we were prepared.

It was definitely what you pay for. You are gonna get snatched up by someone trying to sell you a timeshare in the lobby so that isn’t the greatest. The Wi-Fi is real bad, and at this price point the other guests are a touch unsavory. BUT overall I thought it was a decent place to stay.

I thought it was pretty nice for the price and it was right next to tons of stuff so the location was great! The beds weren’t the most comfortable but also not the worst. Room was clean but a little dingy. There were plenty of towels available and the pool was decent too. There was games like ping pong, connect 4, and Janga so that was a super cute touch. Lots of brochures of stuff to do if you need ideas. The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. We actually had such a nice time chatting with them! But the guy trying to sell us the timeshare in the lobby nearly attacked us right at checkin when we were trying to bring all our luggage up to our room. It was a read the room situation as we have young children who had just been in the car for a long time and obviously we wanted to get settled asap.

Booked a 1 bedroom suite for the weekend. Very reasonably priced. The location was perfect! Very close to the strip. The room was much bigger than I expected. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely stay again.

There was a moth living behind our pillow, furniture was dated, bathroom linoleum dated and worn. They didn't have sufficient places to plug in devices and a usb charge port would have been handy to have.

Price and location, the tub was absolutely spotless, and the staff was very nice and accommodating. Please call the front desk if you ever need to extend your time in the room, the off site people have no clue what's going on at the property and will default to not providing you an extension. The decorative towel dove was a very nice touch thanks to housekeeping.

They are in the process of renovating. Our couch was black faux leather that was peeling. They were replacing couches and offered us a new one, but we were already more than half way thru our stay, so we declined. If all you need is a place to stay and not looking for a view, it is great.

For the price, this hotel is just fine. You can tell the furnishings and bathroom fixtures are older (for example, stained sink), but the room was clean, so it didn't really matter to us.

The location is the best thing about this property! It is just off the main strip - only three minutes away - yet it feels further away from the busyness. The second-best thing was the awesomely friendly check-in staff! There's nothing like midwestern friendliness. :-)
