Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

the bed was the best in comfort and pillows were excellent......wanted to swim but we went to the pool and was rather dirty so did not swim.....breakfast was excellent and staff was excellent.............we paid 50 dollars for valet parking ...i have stayed at other hotels that did not charge for valet parking ......hotel was in good location and very close to the carnival ship that we got on sunday afternoon......

United StatesThe room was clean and cozy. The halls and elevator needed better cleaning. The 8th floor, where the pool was located, had a room right off the elevators that was not blocked off and looked like it was getting worked on, but not at that time. Also, for our valet, we ordered our car via text service provided to us, so we texted for our car (we were staying on the 18th floor) proceeded down and waited 10 minutes, when we still hadn't received our car my husband went to the stand and found no one had even left to retrieve our vehicle. When I booked the description, said a small fridge would be located in the room and we didn't have one. Anyone traveling with kids would understand why this would be needed for kids' snacks and drinks. Lastly, I paid extra for breakfast and never received breakfast nor told me where a breakfast buffet would be at

I specifically asked a question of the check in person Jared and was given the wrong information. Staff was friendly but maybe more training is needed on policy and procedure.
I loved the area! It was convenient and the hotel is beautiful.
