We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI paid online on booking.com, get to the place and they tell me they have to hold a fee for incidentals and the charge would go away in 2 days but it didn’t so I ended up paying double for the same night and no one wants to fix it. Do not prepay for this place they will rip you off!

Definitely a nice location, right off I-94. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, overall really nice stay. I will definitely stay at one of these again.

United StatesThe lighting in the ceiling where one switch turns on all three lights and you can’t have each one on separately if you want. A few dishes in the kitchenette would be good as we had to go buy dishes which makes the kitchenette inefficient for travelers who don’t normally bring dishes with them.

Location was great. People working there was very helpful. The room was looking much nicer than on the pictures. Facilities are new. Coffee spot is great too! Sparkling clean I would say(I am working in the hotel so I can compare).

United StatesToilet seat loose. Had to be careful about balance or it would move and you felt like you were going to the floor. Very busy weekend, kept forgetting to let desk know, did remember when we checked out. They thanked us and said they would get someone right on it.
Location, price, and comfortable. Will choose this hotel next time in Fargo.

CanadaThis use to be a nice secret place to stay and the cost was great. It has become more popular and the cost has gone up substantially.
The manager was amazing. She was fun and made us feel like family. We love staying here. The beds are comfortable, the room was clean and we love the fact that there is a full size fridge and kitchenette in the room.
