We came off season early May, restaurant on site and majority of restaurants, etc. around the area not open was the only down side.

We loved this place! Amazing location, awesome to be able to bring our dogs, lovely heated pool, continental breakfast. Best was the manager and staff who were so welcoming, helpful and friendly. We felt extremely well taken care of. And the price for the room was very reasonable.

Continental breakfast was simple but fulfilling. Everything was fresh. Options for additional breakfast sandwiches were available. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate. The restaurant/bar has a great atmosphere. The food's excellent and staff is friendly and helpful. Open mic night is a lot of fun too.

Guest with dogs unleashed in the common room for several hours. I am a dog person but it made it impossible to use the room.

The staff were excellent! So friendly and accommodating. The pool was the perfect temperature to relax after skiing on a spring day. The breakfast was excellent and had several options including boiled eggs and yogurt. The location is perfect. The restaurant and distillery were excellent. Probably the best gin we have ever had. Super fun stay!

The heated pool wasn’t quite heated enough the one day

Potentially user error but we could not get the HVAC unit to switch from heat to cool. Though the air purifier in the room made up for it!

The hotel offers swift communication and boasts a team of amiable staff, readily accommodating changes in schedules with grace. The breakfast is well balanced, the beds are plush, and the array of amenities—including a heated pool and a game room—was thoroughly enjoyable. A particular highlight was the comedy show, and the dining experience at the hotel's restaurants added the perfect finishing touch. Each member of the staff we encountered was both attentive and friendly. While this was my inaugural visit, my siblings have enjoyed the hotel's offerings for the second time. Its unbeatable location, directly opposite the Killington Ski Resort, provides a scenic backdrop that enhances the dining experience with magnificent views. A++

The exceptional staff! The restaurant/bar is very comfortable with good drinks and food. The bartender is knowledgeable about their own distilled liquors and can had fun making us customized drinks and tasting flights. Also can’t beat the ease of ski lockers in the hotel and private shuttle to and from the slopes!

There isn't anything to dislike, the staff are nothing short of amazing, the staff couldn't physically do , more to help you if they tried. Their own distillery is superb... try the maple leaf bourbon. This hotel is a hidden gem in vermont. Absolutely beautiful scenery, beds are comfy, hotel is fantastic.

Our thermostat on the second night couldn't be adjusted, and there was too much heat. We ended up opening the window to remain comfortable, really the only knock we have.

Location is the next best thing to ski in/ski out. Heated pool is wonderful. Continental breakfast is higher quality that the prepackaged processed food you get at most places.
