We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesWifi is a complete failure. It was faster and more reliable to just use my data and hotspot off my phone. Wifi requires signing in every time you need it, whereas every other hotel's wifi is an automatic connect and stays connected for the length of your stay. The Jax FL Comfort Inn was 100 MBPS and never kicked us off. Mt Juliet was so bad it was impossible to speedtest. Location is okay, but it's easy to miss the road. Getting out is fun. It's a hill, turning onto a blind entrance to a main road that's both a hill and a turn. I suggest turning right each time and making a U-turn down the road if you need to get back to I40. Desk staff was very friendly, except for Kiran. She seems to wish she was elsewhere. Smiles are free, Kiran. Bring a stepstool for the bed if you're short. I enjoy watching my 5'0" wife climb, but c'mon man. I'm not kidding. The keycards lose their coding repeatedly. The excuse was "cell phones", but that's untrue. My job (retired from) involved RF and I can state unequivocally that cell phones do not erase anything, especially when you place all of your cards in a protective wallet that blocks RF signals. It's just poor quality (old) worn out strips. Try rerecording a cassette tape hundreds of times. See how that works. Replace them with chip cards like everyone else went to a decade ago.

Breakfast was really good. Layout was a little tight. We have family in Nashville. I searched for a good price and nice accommodations and we were delighted, the rooms were very clean. We had plenty of towels, which never happens. Housekeeping was on time. The front desk was always half helpful. It was really a great experience.

United StatesThe hotel entrance was very difficult to find. It was close to the interstate but once on the street the facility is behind other store fronts and the driveway to the hotel is difficult to find.
Very large rooms, nice breakfast, great staff. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. There was ample room for breakfast guests and the food was very good.

We chose the hotel because of its closeness to Nashville, which was the target of our trip. Nashville hotels were out of our price range while this hotel provided very nice service for a reasonable price. A nice breakfast buffet was also included as well as free parking. The rooms were spacey and the beds comfortable.
