The front desk clerk got out of a battered looking car parked right in front of the front doors and followed me in to check me in. A young woman who was behind the desk in the morning followed us in. The clerk didn’t greet me, just went behind the desk and asked for my license and credit card. He barely spoke. What I really didn’t like was I was put in the first room in the hallway and could hear loud talking and laughing, the phone ring…everything. The glass door diving the small lobby and hallway wasn’t closed. The air conditioner vent had a loud rattle so I turned the temperature up to get it to stop running. I didn’t check in until 11:30 p.m. so thankfully was exhausted and fell asleep after awhile.

Seeing many other cars in the parking lot was a good sign when I drove up.

we’re on the first floor and it was VERY VERY loud. loud neighbors until 3am and then yelling and screaming at 5am by some lady. other nights heard vacuuming very late at night and could hear conversations by front desk all night long. We did ask to be switched to upstairs but due to capacity we were not able to be accommodated but no apologies were offered and no action taken to control the noise.

The bad smell of the area when I first stepped foot into the building. Smelled pretty awful…The elevator was also a issue. We got scared when the elevator tried to move while the door is still open. Garbage was everywhere in the hallways. Cleanliness was just terrible.

Our room was great! Just the sheets were the only issue. Had to buy a massive blanket at Walmart to cover the whole bed. I got a hole on my blanket and you can tell someone burned it with a cigarette.

The hallways smelled like weed. And it made my room smell too. Also beds were very hard and no where really to hang clothes.. No fridge to keep drinks cold.

The laminate floor in the room was not clean. It should have been mopped because there were some hairs, some fingernail clippings and some lint. It wasn't filthy though, just an observation! The noise in this hotel constantly woke me up and at times prevented me from sleeping. I heard doors slamming, people talking, a couple making love next door and someone above me walking across the room and dropping something heavy on the floor numerous times.

Breakfast was not offered (I was aware of this when I booked the room). Location was good with quick easy access to the highways and stores and restaurants in walking distance. The bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. The value for the room was reasonable compared to other hotels if you don't mind giving up the amenities (no breakfast, no refrigerator, no microwave, no hair dryer, no iron, no coffee pot, etc.).

Could not ck in at 12. Loud talking from lobby from the staff and friends, they should have closed hallway doors. Or kept their voices down. Opened window and could smell smoke from front door. Lumpy pillows. Had to interrupt to get another towel.

The girl at the front desk had no customer service she had her head down on the counter when we walked in she barely spoke to us other then to tell us our room number. Also the whole place smelled like cat urine or something of the sort. Only positive was the bathroom was clean n towels were clean the comforter even had a hole in it.
