The mattress in the room was not comfortable at all. It took quite a while for me to fall asleep. It was like sleeping on a mattress that had been through quite a few hand me downs lol. But I finally did fall asleep and the room was otherwise very clean.

The woman who checked me in was amazing. My friend had come to visit me during my stay and we used the hot tub. The water was not hot at all and she went above and beyond to get the water to temp and to make sure we were comfortable. She was truly amazing.

The first floor ice machine was out of order, so visitors had to go to the second floor for ice. not so much a problem except the elevator was also out of order. pool not working, hot tub not working, back door hard to get open.

I stayed there a few days. The trash was never thrown. The rooms were never picked up and restocked. If we wanted clean towels we would have to take dirty ones and go ask for clean ones.

Room was bland, a couple stains here and there and burn marks in the curtains, and a weird skunk/or weed smell when i turned on the air conditioner. My toilet handle was broken, i had to flush very specifically. Only one large towel in the room, and a bunch of tiny towels, one other large one for the floor when I stepped out of the shower would have been nice over using a bunch of hand towels. The vending machines didn't take a card. Booking.com didn't forward payment initially to the hotel. So I had to sit and wait for payment to go through even hours after booking.

I liked the price and the location. It was clean and convenient. It has a pool and cash only vending machines . Staff was amazing! Cable TV was convenient as well. Location to restaurants was nice. And very nice part of town, didn't have to worry about safety in anyway.

I'm glad to see motels that are pet friendly, but there needs to be a specific area that is designed to keep pets and pet owners separate from the rest of the guests. You could hear dogs barking nearly all the time. Also, was not pleased that, though Fox News was airing in the lobby, CNN was permanently muted on my room TV.

Inside the building it’s starting to look worn. The bathroom counter had a sticky substance on it. Good thing I carry Lysol.

Easy to find. Property outside was clean. Room was fairly clean. The desk clerk was exceptionally friendly, professional & friendly. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Bathroom tub would not drain had to use lid to shampoo to prop open. 6 Titles in Bathroom loose in front of sink. Toilet paper holder missing had to sit on sink counter. Beds not made daily. Room not really cleaned except towels replaced.

The elevator was not working and I was on the 3rd floor. It took me several trips to go up and down the stairs. I was very disappointed and checked out after the first night!
