This was a true gem of a property. The room was cozy and clean. The hot tub was amazing! Highly recommend for stop on a cross country trip.

I loved all of it. The look, the feel, and the service were awesome. My son and I would give it a 1000 it the scale went that high.

Small detail but some accent furniture with usb ports would be perfect. TV was a little hard to figure out, but the bar outside had live music so I listened to it on the balcony.

I was surprised it was only $20 cheaper than the normal resort fee since tickets to the water park weren’t included. It seems like it should be a bigger cost difference but am great full it was cheaper.

Comfortable, easy access to the hot tubs, was able to cook my own breakfast, key was where described though I wish I had waited to bring all my stuff until I had the key…it was heavy and we had to drag it around the outside of the building due to parking being full anywhere close to the building. Close to restaurants, water park, though tickets aren’t included as stated in the info.

Guy worked at pond across from our sliding doors, using horribly loud machine - he work on one spot for whole time (couple of hrs) since 7 AM WE wanted to relax n rest awhile before driving more, but he ruined that Couldn’t discern, from photos only, the directions to building B - very tired at time and easily frustrated Simply needed clear signs (posted on poles or walls) at 2 crucial corners to direct us - that’s all we needed

Parking can be hard to find at times without having a decent walk to the room.

I’ve always enjoyed staying at the resort. It’s nice, clean, good food at Noah’s, and most importantly, right next to the bike park.

Needs curtains to block the lights that are on all night outside. Mattress was not very comfortable and so slippery that the sheets slid off every night.

I think I might have picked a room that was farther away from the bar/restaurant area. It was loud and people were rowdy late into the night. I was able to turn the fan on in my room and drown it out.

The building we were in was the farthest from the Gondola and the waterpark. Wish weʻd known to ask for accommodations closer. Wish weʻd known to ask to be placed near our traveling companions.

The place has are some places to eat. But if you want to eat something else... You will have to take your car and drive until one of the bars near by.

Location is great! Super close to the Gondola, the longest in America! Parking is easy and it's side by side with the Waterpark. The building is super well maintained.

Sadly, and this is not a reflection of the property owners and manager, but the adjourning unit left their facet causing water to run into the unit. It was a minor thing for us with your full understanding that this was not a reflection of the owner's unit. I feel badly for any damage that may have occurred as a result of the neighbor's negligence.

It was incredibly convenient to the gondola and various other amenities. It was also close to our family friend's unit. The person who helps with the property was fantastic, answering every call and text that was needed. She was great.

The toilet needs a new flush handle, it kept getting jammed and I had to fix it. Not a deal breaker, just minor wear and tear item that needs replaced. Wish the unit I stayed in had a slightly larger or modern television.

The room was very clean, surprisingly better than what I can get from a $200 a night brand name hotel room. Took me 90sec to walk from the locker to the gondola!! Amazing location!
