When I had to push back my stay a day due to a blizzard, the staff were so accommodating and, even though they didn’t have the same level of room available, they were able to get me into a great suite. The service was excellent and they even stayed at the front desk an extra 30 minutes so they could greet us when we arrived. Breakfast in the cafe was great and I loved the voucher option - it meant you could order what you want rather than being stuck with whatever preset food was there. The room was excellent, I loved the mini kitchen, the balcony, and the fireplace. Lastly, they were excellent about accommodating pets as I had my dog and cat with me as part of moving to Utah. Could not be any happier with my stay

Occasionally I got a whiff of sewage in the neighborhood. The walls seem a bit thin, we heard a lot from the room next door.

Location relative to Arches was good. Walking distance to good restaurants was handy. Breakfast paninis in the cafe were really good. It was very nice to have a balcony also.

It would be nice to have a regular chair in the room. We had a room that could be joined to the next, and we could hear everything that the young family that was staying there was saying.

It was a nicely appointed room with a view of the pool and the nice trees surrounding it. The room was spacious. The breakfast was filling and the breakfast area is cozy. The location is great because it is within easy walking distance of downtown restaurants, but it was away from all the noise of it. Staff was exceptional. 15 minutes from Arches NP.

The one drawback was the shower. When you pull the lever on the spigot to get the shower running, it still sprays out the spigot AND the shower. It was the noisiest shower I've ever had in a hotel/condo. I didn't think it was a big deal until my neighbors started taking showers after I'd gone to bed. The noise was startling. If they would fix their shower, I'd give this place a 10/10.

The room was perfect for our needs, it had a small kitchen area, fireplace, and separate bedroom. It was also clean and very comfortable. The wine at check in was a nice touch. One of the best places we've stayed, and we travel often.

One of the things about being so close to downtown is that the setting isn't particularly charming. Our balcony overlooked the parking lot. Rooms on the other side overlooked the pool. But we had a tree nearby giving us a bit of privacy, and we still enjoyed using the balcony. If you're looking for beautiful views, then you probably need to stay out of town. The other quirk is that we were given vouchers for the cafe downstairs with no self serve option. The staff are lovely, but if they were busy, you had to wait a bit. Food was made to order and delicious with options for meat eaters and vegetarians. You could also arrange for a box meal, but we never looked into that as it was easy to have our own supplies in the kitchenette for mornings when we wanted to depart early. There is a large supermarket nearby.

We stayed in a very large suite, with a bedroom (comfortable bed), bathroom, kitchenette living room area, and balcony. Everthing was clean, and there was ample seating which made our stay very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and went out of there way at times to make our stay better. The hotel is situated just off the main drag, and it was easy to walk to many restaurants and shops, while avoiding being right on the main road which has many trucks barreling down. It was easy to drive to the amazing parks in the area: Arches, Canyonlands, Dead Horse State Park.
