The big negative was the internet access. Occasionally, I could connect with no problems, but the majority of the time I could not access the hotels login page. I tried modifying my security settings but nothing seemed to work. I'm not the only guest that experienced this problem as I spoke to a gentleman who voiced the same frustrations. Once actually connected the wifi worked just fine. Most of the time I had to connect using my wife's cell phone as a hot spot. The hotel really needs to solve this problem.

Good value for the money. The hotel is clean and quiet. The breakfast had some variety. There is a convenience store/ gas station right across the street, multiple restaurants within a quarter mile. Highway access is great. We were in town for a wedding, my son stayed in a hotel nearby that wasn't nearly as nice and he paid a bit more per night.

The sound proofing could of been better... hearing all the little noises was a but much for me to be able to sleep.

We were by the elevator so we could hear the dinging. Also the neighboring room had their tv up so loud all night so I’m assuming the walls are thin.

Breakfast was lacking this time. We have stayed before and had a better Breakfast. The milk was even warm. Only 2 towels in the jacuzzi suite instead of 4. No smart TV. Only cable. No way to cast or watch something like Netflix. My card was Over-Authorized $30 without any indication at check-in

Going through Booking.com proved to be a mistake.

They had trouble with Booking.com not doing everything needed in securing my registration yet were diligent in trying to resolve the problem. They offered a decent breakfast.

Could have used a little more cleaning. Tub and carpet in the room was a little dirty. The beds were very soft and uncomfortable. Breakfast area had some dried food on a chafing dish that was still there the next morning.

The location feels safe. The lobby was well lit at night. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good.

Used booking.com for our reservation. We asked for extra pillows and blankets. They were not in the room when we checked in

The shower head in the shower was cheap & aggressive! It felt like needles hitting my skin. There were some cracked tiles in the bathroom & jacuzzi area. The breakfast was pretty basic. It has the usual waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit, and bagels. They also served biscuit & gravy, but I am not the biggest fan of that dish.

Front desk gal was very friendly when I checked in. The hotel was close to a handful of restaurants to choose from. The jacuzzi suite was relaxing & enjoyable.

We found the bed a little firm for us- but that is a personal choice. Overall a pleasant overnight stay here in Omaha.

Stayed here for 1 night in October. Check in went well with friendly and helpful staff. We even got swapped to a room with a fridge and microwave which was great as we need to chill our medications overnight. The room was nice and clean and even had a window seat. The TV worked well and the WIFI was a good speed. The motel had a guests washer and dryer - free to wash and $1 to dry - which we used. Breakfast next morning had a good selection of hot and cold options.

The bathroom in general. There were atleast 4 tiles that are broken, but you wouldn't notice it until step on them. Whatever they use to hold the tiles down has now worn off. Felt like I was gonna fall through the floor. The tile were also dirty. Mattress also feels worn since you sink into the middle.

could use a better breakfast bar choice. no bread for toast: went to get breakfast Saturday am and all the sausage and eggs were gone by 8 am. so didn’t get any breakfast. went Sunday by 8 am and only had 4 biscuits left for sausage and biscuits and there were 3 people in line for the food already. that’s only thing I would say.
