Dirty apartment, dirty towels, bathroom without light.

The lift was out of order and we had to carry our luggage to the 4th floor. The arrangements in the flat were spartan: only 1 bath towel per person but no smaller towels provided at the wash basin. No tea towels in the kitchen, only a roll of toilet paper. No household paper. 1 plate and 1 bowl per person. No shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom, rather foul-smelling soap at the wash basin. Nowhere to hang the towels.

NOTHING AT ALL!! 👎🏼 Everything about this place was dirty and falling apart. Walking into this building looks really bad. It's not inviting nor clean landscaping. When we walked in the building on the side, the staircase was falling apart and taped with duck tape on three different flights. We didn't trust the stay already. We didn't want to take a chance on the elevator because the place initially looked bad. Great location with a horrible place to offer to stay. This was a complete false advertisement. They said no smoking, but as we entered, this place was reaking cigarette smell bad!! The furniture as far as night stand was stained and damaged with cigarette burns. The bed sheets and comforters were stained, and so were the pillow cases to the two beds. One bed had no pillow cases, and the pillows were supposed to be white, and they were yellow. The place wasn't as clean as it should be. To to it off when we walked in, the TV was on. Weird and NASTY PLACE!!

Fix broken toilet seat. Clogged toilet when poop An old towel as a bathroom mat 😭 Not a bottle of water as a complimentary drink Tenants upstairs was dragging furniture 😒at night.. I got the lock combination about 7pm. Unprofessional....I received a email today as reminder of my check out time.. no consideration for the bad weather and weather alerts.. the shower curtain rod fell and hit my head this morning......it's not properly screwed in....

Sorry. When I arrived at the property the overall feeling was not good. The furnishings were nothing like what the photos were. The curtain was literally balanced on a single holder so you can't even open it. Nothing felt right about the property and it didn't feel safe. I immediately left and didn't come back. Checking was otherwise easy.

They attempted to get me to cancel my reservation stating that they were going to have construction going on. Once I contacted booking customer service they changed their mind and decided to accommodate my family stating that the issue was resolved. Then they changed the dates and attempted to say that my check in day was a day earlier. I called booking’s customer service back again and again they retracted their statement after I sent a confirmation email screenshot. I asked when I would be getting check in instructions. They replied with 2pm on the date of check in. 2:43pm I still did not have check in instructions and had to message to get them. The facilities were dirty, they had ants(attempted to add s video of ants, but could only add pictures), and my daughter cut her foot on a piece of glass in the living room (I’m guessing from the glass coffee table that is pictured, but not there). Walking into the facility is very dirty with trash and newspapers all over the floor. The elevator did not work so we had to carry our luggage up 4 flights of stairs. Absolutely will never stay with this company again and will warn everyone I know about them.

The location was the only positive thing about this property or the owners.

It was disaster. Elevator didn’t work - we had to carry our large luggage up to the 4th floor... in the apartment, we smelled mold or sth like that. The water in the shower also stank. Windows not cleaned, doors rusting, issues with the AC… We stayed there just one night. Just before check out (10.30 am) new guests entered the room using the same code.....What if we weren't in the room (example with our luggage, camera etc.). After all, the owner called that he wanted to charge us $50 because we didn't check out on time.....

The day we arrive, everything seemed fine, we got the keys, but as we walked in the apartment, we immediatly smelled mold, the apartment itself seemed unclean, there were trash left under sofa, also the sofa was ripped, (to cover that they placed a blanket), we were to couples staying, one bed had sheet covers, the other one somehow missed the sheet covers, so it seemed really unhigienic to sleep in it, we chose the stay, because in the pictures it looked nice.

not clean, had not been cleaned… ever? couch, comforters, chairs stained, broken tile work, elevator did not work, windows not cleaned, doors rusting, issues with the AC… many many issues we checked out early and are awaiting a refund from Booking for the two nights we did not stay.

Wifi wasn't working, the owner told us to check next to the coffee table if it's connected. We thought he's talking about an other coffe table, sadly we just found the just before we left, after that wifi worked.

Really good location, there's a nice park nwarby, neighbourhood seems safe, Wynwood and Miami Design District in walkable distance. Also there's a little grocery shop next to the apartment (and they sell liquor as well) The apartment is furnished beautifully, has 2 double beds and a big sofa and a nice balcony. The elevator isn't working but taking the stairs for 3 floors up was totally fine for us. Had hairdryer, microwave, coffe machine, vacuum cleaner. Would totally recommend it.
