I did not like the map. I felt a little lost so once I knew my way around a few familiar areas, I stuck to those areas. The map is hard to follow.

The beauty of the grounds and the mountains. It was very relaxing. The condo was really nice and comfortable. It was worth what we paid for it.

It has changed for the worst

The comfort of the room was nice although it was rather dusty I cleaned it myself and cleaned the whirlpool tub ..the jet steams were filthy, I filled the tub with hot water , and added a few drops of vinegar and turn on the streams and see how much dirt is actually inside the jets ..also the power kept going in and out . The resort is no longer all inclusive you have to pay for most if not all actives ..not cool ..the General store prices are outlandish a loaf of bread was $5 I didn't buy it ..I went to the local Walmart that's nearby..also the pipe in the kitchen sink came loose and water got everywhere I was doing dishes at the time ..maintenance took forever and we cleaned up the water ourselves ..I wont be returning which is sad because my family comes once a year ..

The water in the apartment didn’t get hot enough so it was hard to relax and use the jetted tub. Seemed like a waste of money since I didn’t get to use it.

The pillows were small on the bed. I'm not even sure if it was regular sized pillows.

The resort was clean and the people were very kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and a nice size. I appreciate how big the bathroom was. I will stay here again if i am in the area.

So I had booked and got the ultimate pass. Couldn't take advantage of it. Since I was there for a limited amount of time. But at the end they kept pressuring me to get into the whole time share. I couldn't do it. I told them I couldn't but they where like well may e this and that.

You definitely need to stay more than just 3 days. I would suggest planning a whole week. So much to do. We didn't try all the food places, but the ones we did were good. The lazy pool was so much fun. I could see myself coming back very soon.

Kitchen can be upgraded. There was no room service, which is ok for short stays. For the long stays, you either need to clean everything yourself, or pay a solid fee for cleaning.

In general, everything was great. matrasses were awesome. And the jacuzzi as well.

This property could do better with cleaning…. I mean come on the checkin desk is beautiful but the bathroom and and snack room is a hot mess… the ice machine is moldy on the outside I would hate to see the inside
