We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThere was only one or two luggage carts available in the whole bldg. Staff confirmed this. I had to look at cameras with the staff to find where one of the carts were. Located cart from person on 2nd story and used when they were finished. No channel guide or pamplets where local attractions or food were. No coffee pot in the room. But there's a stove, refrigerator, and microwave. But no coffee pot. For the amount of money spent to stay here was good considering there's a home team game. However, I just found the breakfast lacking along with the other things I mentioned above,

United StatesThere was a yellow stain on our comforter. We paid a lot of money for a kitchen with no utensils. It doesn't sit well to have to bring all of my kitchen supplies. I have never been to a hotel that had a Kitchen that didn't supply at least a couple plates and silverware and at least 1 pot or pan.

United Statesthe TV remote was difficult to operate, you couldn't go to a guide spot to look at all the channels to see what you wanted to watch the room we had, it had a stove stop area but there are no kitchen items in there to use and it was not mentioned in our room amenities, It would be a nice addition to those who have a low budget who can not afford to pay for all the meals needed during the stay
