The blind is dirty , also have curtains but can't fully cover the window, the noice of street is very loudly. No lift go to upstairs, 😔 the staff is very nice and helpful.

No elevator, steep stairs, fourth floor room assignment, no lower floor rooms available.

Really close to the Moynihan Train center/Penn Station/Madison Square Garden. It was the least expensive option based on the distance from the hotel and the late night arrival of our train.

The bathroom smelled like mold/mildew and there is no vent/fan so the room gets really humid. I kept my bathroom shut the entire stay because the smell was overwhelming. The AC worked but not well. The windows did not lock. Previous guests trash was in the room. There is one power strip in the room for charging stuff. I asked for additional towels 3 times during my stay and was told there are none (I did keep my DND sign up the entire week long stay). The towels are very used and had a lot of holes in them.

The location is unbeatable. The room is spacious. Free snack bookcase in lobby (assuming left over food from other people). Easy to come and go. Usually someone is at the front desk. Bed is comfortable and came with four pillows. Free wifi. You also get a closet in the room with hangers. Also get a simple desk and chair. Seemed clean and no evidence of bugs. Normal city noise but I'm a heavy sleeper.

So I paid 220$ a night and it was horrible, the room wasn’t that clean and the bed has bed bugs. My body and my friend’s body is fully of bites, it’s bad. The toilet water box takes hours to fill up. Plus check in says 3 and the room was only already at 4 and the guy at the front desk was really not polite. Just bad bad experience

The first round, they tried to check me into didn’t have anything when I say anything I mean, didn’t have towels didn’t even have a television on the wall didn’t have a phone or any of the amenities. That profile stated it would have on Booking.com.

Room consistently smelt like urine Room was small - having two suitcases open meant we were blocking both the ensuite and entry doors Sink was in the bedroom as opposed to the ensuite The photos make the property and rooms appear less grubby and dated

It’s not for the faint hearted. It’s pretty rough looking and is above a cannabis shop. If you’re looking for a place to rest your head as you are going to be out all day then it is perfect. I stayed with my 8 year old son for 3 nights and it fit our purpose. There is no lift so be weary of this when having the lug suitcases up and down the narrow stair case.

Location is PERFECT 😊 A stone throw away from Penn station with great links to JFK. Easily walkable to top attractions such as the Empire State Building

No elevator. No ice machine. The beds weren’t that comfy. Staff were very nice. This property is no frills nice for the price and the location. I’d just ask for 1 floor room next time.

Staff seemed somewhat annoyed much of the time. Not happy to be there. Hotel is quite run down. Air conditioner is old and smelly. Tiny sink is located outside the bathroom.

Room seemed clean. Location 5 mins from Penn Station. Bed was pretty comfortable.

The shower curtain was so full of mold and mildew, that it made the bathroom smell. The bed was unbelievably hard. The sink was small and right next to the toilet, and I couldn't stand directly in front of it.

The AC was nice and powerful, which was important as it was quite hot out that day.

Entrance to hotel is a bit confusing. Tv was not working. Reception staff was nice, trying to fix it but he couldn't. Bathroom is very small with old curtain. It's expensive for what do they offer.
