No tv that worked. Trash still in dresser drawer. Mostly it was so cold in room bc they want the thermostat set only 69 to 75....but no actual comforters on bed. Just sheets and thin blanket...bed was hard. I've stayed here alot but this time I wasn't comfortable

The staff here is fantastic. They went above and beyond to make sure my experience was wonderful. The location is excellent and the rooms are comfortable. Really loved having the kitchen and the coffee maker available to cook. As I was there on business for a long week, being able to make my own breakfast and have my own space at the end of the day was really lovely.

There was very little I didn't like. The water pressure from the shower could have been stronger. I'd like to have had a mirror in the main bedroom close to a power source and with better lighting for doing make-up. But we managed to use the mirror in the lounge for that.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, the main bedroom was spacious and bed was comfy. The lighting in the room could have been better. The 2nd bedroom was smaller and internal to the apartment, so it had no windows (some folk don't like that). Although, there was still plenty of room to store your belongings and the bed in here was comfy too. The lounge and dining area were well decorated and comfortable. There was a mini fridge for storing your food/drink items, sink and hot drink making facilities. The wrap around balcony was lovely and we had direct access from our apartment, which gave a good view down the road.

The fridge has a huge chunk of ice they had to come scrape it off with a hammer in order for it to close, and our shower curtain has orange crust all over it we had to ask for a new one

TV didn't work first night, but fixed the next day, no shower gel, took 2 days to get it filled..but lovely staff and loved the room..

We’d really like to give this room the highest ratings, but had to reduce our rating because of the cleaning. The floors were not very clean with dust, candy and empty toilet paper rolls around. The bathroom floor was so dusty that our first shower necessitated getting a new bath mat (thanks for the extra supplies in the hallway- a plus!) The toilet lever was hanging out of the tank, but luckily still worked during our 4 days (cleaning should have alerted maintenance to repair this prior to checkin). The stove top was pretty crusty, the microwave needed cleaning and the dishes were wet and not dried (they appeared clean, but we re-washed to be sure). All this was remedied by our own cleaning efforts, but should have been done by the staff. Nonetheless, we loved the room and our stay and would stay again.

We loved our one bedroom loft and the location, just a couple blocks from Bourbon Street, yet on very nice Canal Street! We were able to walk everywhere. It was great having a kitchenette, extra space and the balcony (with the added benefit of direct access from our room #201 - a wonderful bonus!) Would definitely stay again.

Not a lot of amenities and 1 window did not have blinds so we dealt with light most nights.

Great workers that were knowledgeable and the location is central to a lot of eateries. It is not on the strip, but that is nice and allows for a quiet night. Also, there is a terrace that you are able to use that gave us more freedom.

Very little water pressure for showers. The knob in the shower spun all the way around so finding the hot water was a little bit of a pain.

The fan was really dusty like caked on and couldn’t turn it on, dust would have went everywhere. I’m sure the tops of the furniture and things you can’t see are also full of dust so beware for those that are allergic. I also would have appreciated a heads up about not using wash clothes for make up removal and the up charge if you do. I went out and got wipes but would have planned ahead.
