sink drain broke, no tv guide, picnic party outside my window until 11pm; bathroom door doorknob didnt turn, other doors shut, our door would rattle.

The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. I appreciate the big bathroom but feel the room its of could of used some more space.

The hotel was clean,staff friendly and good location to get to all the sights to see. My son loved the surf board themed area with bunk beds!!!!

Room cleaning. We called to have them clean the room in the morning before we left to explore but when we came back that evening, the room was never cleaned.

Fridge and microwave were unplugged and I had to move the furniture to plug them in. Breakfast seating was very cramped and you could not get around other guests.

Really didn't have any problems.

We have stayed at this location many times. We come back because it is clean, convenient, the staff is helpful and friendly. We travel with our Shih Tzu dog and appreciate being given a room on the first floor and away from the pool and kid friendly areas. The breakfast offered a good variety that was fresh, ripe, and well prepared. The cookies at night are very nice.

Shower fixtures could use a little maintenance (loose) but everything worked great.

Pool and hot tub were great. Family rooms with bunk beds for kids were unique and fun. breakfast was standard but good. Kids loved the make-it-yourself cinnamon waffles. everything clean.

Pool was clean and warm, hot tub too. Room was close to all the activities for the kids.

Smoke smell, curtains needed washing. White hard stuff on them (?) and stains along bottom (dog marking?) appeared to be a smeared handprint on ceiling (maybe it wasn’t, but sure looked like it). Wrest seemed clean…a spot on sheet was pizza grease or rust, I just avoided it. My last stay was perfect, so i think it was bad luck? I know drapes can’t be laundered every time. I booked with confidence after previous stay. After this one, I admit, I’m a bit hesitant to do so again. I feel bad saying this, but am hoping management will double check rooms.

Maybe the carpet could be shampooed or new carpet put in the room. It looks worn but we still felt it was vacuumed well.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was very good and will be exceptional once the hot foods are implemented once again in March. Our room was clean and comfortable. Thank you!

We stayed two nights and never had any service to the room. I wouldve thought we'd get fresh towels the second day as well as more toilet paper and our trash changed. It didn't bother us too much, it was just surprising.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. My daughter left her AirPods in the bed and didn’t realize it until we were 2 hours ago at our next destination. The staff went and looked for them, found them, and sent them back to us!!! Whoa! Couldn’t have been more pleased with the integrity of the team.

It wasn't the fault of the hotel but we lost power overnight. I use a cpap machine so slept horribly and was tired all day. Although not their fault, I think a small discount for that night or a future stay would have been good business.

Covid breakfast was excellent.
