We were next to sauna and spa room, but these facilities were not operational, need to update webpage!

Cottage was spacious and clean, however upon arrival lights were not working in bathroom and kitchen, Manager fixed the matter in a timely manner, it was a broken circuit breaker.

Room was a bit dated. Leaky faucets and broken shower head.

The staff was welcoming and the Inn is located in a centralized area. We were minutes away from Fisherman’s Wharf and Cannery Row.

Minor thing...the refrigerator hummed loudly.

The room was clean and the bathroom had enough towels. I didn't mind the bed but my spouse thought it made him sink. I think it may have been a foam mattress ...but too tired to check it out. We slept well.

the chair at the table was worn out and there were not enough plugs for devices

the mattress was new and comfortable and the bathroom was recently remodeled and very nice. overall it was great for the night.

only thing I did notice which isn’t that big of a deal to me but May be to others is there was no rod for hanging your clothes and no closet so if you need to hang something your kinda screwed.

everything was really clean and the property was nice and quiet.The beds are really comfortable as well.

Didn’t advertise breakfast & I didn’t specify “quiet” while booking. Better rated than all large name brand hotels. All new interior, very nice. No where to hang any clothes but managed ok. Mgr did inform that clothes hanging apparatus was on order. Very polite staff!

The kitchen was very dated. The 2 king room #35 was right by the laundry room used by staff and had a very strong detergent smell

Monty at the front desk provided VERY good customer service. He upgraded our room for free when we had issues with the other room. Also, when I called about another person's car lights on, he went to tell them (even thought it was after 10pm).

The lighting in the room was dim and very warm. Beyond that everything was great!

The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom had jets in the shower which was unexpected but nice! And the spa tub was spacious enough for 2 people and felt amazing! Will be back again!

The mattresses were too firm; I would go so far to say they were ‘The Flinstones’ firm.

I liked the size of the rooms that we booked and that there was a pretty much a full-size kitchen. This was a last minute find and I would absolutely book here again. The staff was friendly and housekeeping exceptionally accommodating and friendly.

They are not finished yet with their updates, and the older rooms are pretty worn.

They are in the process of updating their rooms, and the new finishes are very nice. the management was accommodating. Decent location. Eat at the Monterey Fish House 4 minutes away.

My King Room was one of the very few that have been remodeled so..buyer beware. Most of the rooms are old and dated and yet they still ask high prices for them. I had to grind them in order to get one of the nice rooms. My room (#4) had junky furniture, no closet of any kind, no iron or ironing board, a VERY loud heater and the shower door wouldn't stay closed. Fantastic new beds in the remodeled rooms !

The furniture was dated. There seemed like the room had some updates but the furniture was old & the arm of the chair was peeling.

The location was great. It was close to many things & denny's is in walking distance. The lodge was being renovated so I'm excited to stay again & see the changes. The guys at the front desk were very nice & I felt my room was a great value. Cheapest in the area & it was complete with fireplace & whirlpool tub. The lodge was quiet, the bed comfortable, the room was clean, there is a microwave & small frig. I would definitely come back.
