Some of the fixtures were a little tired, but it was not an issue.

Had a great stay. Not the fanciest of places, but the room was very clean and spacious and it had all the amenities you'd expect or need. It was perfect for our single night stay. Especially when the other larger chains were $150 more a night.

Not much! Very flat pillows, does need some updating(esp. the ceiling in the room we stayed in), but I imagine that would increase the cost which would be disappointing.

Neat, clean, appears well cared for-little things like nightlights in the bathroom, wine glasses and corkscrew etc. Tons of towels in the room!

Room was a bit stuffy even with the air running. WiFi was very spotty and phone or tv would t stay connected.

Very clean and cute, the rooms are a little old school but it’s cozy. The staff are incredible! I had a few booking issues during my stay and they helped me correct them quickly and with kindness. Definitely reccomended!

Very friendly, helpful staff. We were offered the chance to upgrade to a larger room for a reduced price, which we took. As a result, we were upgraded to an even larger room, which was lovely and quiet. The whole complex was lovely. We were an easy drive down to the locks. We booked here as we wanted to visit Niagara bit didn't want to stay in Niagara itself. It was an easy drive of ~35 minutes over to the falls themselves. Very nice pool area.

The property exterior carpeting is tired and needs replacing especially on the stairs.

East to find and check in. The room was large and very clean. Good chairs for relaxation and excellent facilities such as bathroom/ shower. We especially appreciated the small details such as real glasses instead of paper cups for coffee and water. Thank you.

The property is so pretty with flowers , gazebos and statues. Very retro but well kept and beautiful.

Wifi unfortunately cut in and out a bit inside the room but if you went near the window it greatly improved.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Carpet in the room was very clean and cushiony. The outdoor decor around the hotel was beautiful with the gazebos and street lamps.

The mattress was a little soft for my comfort. Plenty of nice towels and amenities.

The parking set up is odd and some spots can make several others unusable. My room was supposed to be non smoking but I could smell that someone had smoked in it, it's a nice touch to have a can of air freshener in the room.

The building was very well maintained with retro fixtures which I prefer over generic motel/hotels. We will definitely stay here again when we're in the area. Staff were amazing.
