They didn't provide Kleenex (or a similar brand) but this was no problem since there was a Dollar Store across the street. The TV only had the basic channels.

It was just as advertised. Most important, it was clean and safe. The check-in man was great but I forgot his name. There were plenty of stores nearby. Denny's was just a short distance to the north (like one-quarter mile or less.)

Staff was kind and even called day of to confirm what time I would arrive and turned heat on in our room prior to that to ensure it was nice and warm. Room was tidy and well maintained, nothing fancy - but exactly what we expected. Linens were high quality and pillows were full and comfy.

I'm pretty sure what I'm going to write about below is not a problem for most people but I'd like to let the owner and his potential guests know about it anyway: There was a certain smell both in the main room and bathroom that made me feel uncomfortable. It was there in the first place because of the humid kept in the bathroom behind the closed door, I guess. I was surprised bc SO MANY reviews mentioned cleanliness and freshness of the place. Yes, it's mainly clean but there is something that can be improved. Mainly the atmosphere in the room is gloomy. If you pay attention to the interior of the place that you wanna visit, you need to know this. The colors and furniture in this place is far from cozy and welcoming but again it is not important at all to some (most?) of us, I understand that 😉

It's mostly a nice place with a spacious parking lot.The bed mattress was great, the linen was fresh and smelled nice. There were soap and shampoo in the bathroom and a fridge and microwave in the main room. The AC worked perfectly. We also had a small table in there surrounded by two bulky armchairs which is actually great bc we had some lunch without having to leave the room.

Honestly just the bedding and curtains looked like from the 60s or 70s lol and the bath mat outside of the shower looked like something that normally would be inside a shower - made of rubber.

There wasn't any breakfast but the place was nice and tidy and very roomy! Especially for the price! And also was super close to my friend's wedding venue! Very convenient! With a wawa, liquor store, and dollar general right nearby!

The room smelled very strange, and the scent lingered on my clothes and body for a long time. The walls were thin. There were ants in the room too (saw some in the bathroom and even one on my pillow).

The check-in times were flexible, and the staff were always available. I parked right in front of my door.

As we were checking in the man at the desk kept telling us that the stay was non refundable. Once we got to the room the smell was overpowering. It was like someone was smoking in the room and they used cheap air freshener to try to take the smell away. We decided that we could not possibly stay but since we were coming off the beach we figured we’d shower and leave. The towels were incredibly thin and dingy. We went to the car to get our beach towels to shower. We were there approximately 30 minutes and could not wait to leave. We dropped the key and as we were getting into our car the man at the desk came running over telling us that the stay was non refundable since we were there more than 15 minutes and if we had told him within 15 minutes it would have been refundable. In all my years I have never heard of the 15 minute rule. DO NO STAY HERE!
