Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesOutside area is rundown a bit and could use some maintenance such as a good power washing around on the Eagle Ridge Side and weeding the landscape. Having to go outside to walk around to the comfort inn to get ice. The buildings are connected but no inside entrance to get through I understand they are two different hotels, with two different price points, but they need to get the ice machine fixed at least.
Breakfast was great! Location was great! Comfortable and clean!

United StatesNon-secure exterior door was a bit disconcerting, but it looks like a super safe area, so not a problem. The proximity to the Mississippi River would suggest outdoor picnic tables would be a nice, inexpensive, addition.
Enormous 501 sq. ft. room. In addition to the king bed, there is a sofa, easy chair and table with two chairs. Because of the size, I was concerned that the smallish TV would be too far away to watch (turned out to be fine). New carpet and space encouraged me to do some much needed yoga. The check in was at the Comfort Inn. Staff there is always very welcoming, and let us know we were welcome to use the pool and attend breakfast, as it is a sister property. With some clever interior design, Eagle Ridge has lots of potential.
