Carpets in hallway were dirty. Wallpaper ripped and taped back up. Dresser drawers had crumbs, small debris in them. Only one trashcan in the room; no trashcans in the bathroom/sink area.

Easy check in and check out process. Front desk staff helpful. Beds were comfortable. The location made it easy to get to the airport but the property not well kept up.

The room was missing hand soap. The door to walk to the pool area was broken. One of the vending machines was out of order. In our room the lamp shade if you turned on the light it would lean on the wall. Check out time was at 11AM and twice between 10 and 10:30 house keeping knocked asking if we were in the room still. We left the keys in the room leaving around 10:45 and a staff member called and asked if we had checked out. I stated we had and left the keys in the room. She said she was making sure so there wouldn’t be an added charge. We don’t travel much and each hotel is different with checkout. It would be nice to be told what they expect when checking out. Also being told check out is at 11AM and housekeeping knocking before that time is frustrated when a person has little kids to get ready and having to feel rushed to get out.

The two staff members I interacted with were pleasant. The kids enjoyed playing in the pool.

The outside of the building didn't look very inviting, and the room arrangement was a bit unusual. It was quite different from the other LaQuinta hotels I've stayed at before.

The overall hotel could have been a little better. The swimming pool was out of order which was a bummer. But the appliances in the room didn’t work! The microwave and the fridge were both broken! And the bathtub didn’t drain very well. So that was an unpleasant experience!

The way the outside looked. Very dirty with trash in the parking lot. Homeless people just chilling and wandering outside the parking lot.

The room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfy. I love that they did have bar soaps and shampoo and conditioner. Along with lotion. Those were very essential.

Everything looks kind of cheap and it isn't super fancy. And the pool would require more filtration.

Location is ok, it's right off the freeway and there are a couple of cheap restaurants in the area. The hotel itself is not fancy, but it is still looks better than the motel next door.

The property was run down. Interior hallway was dirty. Stained carpet. Smelly. Our first room was worn and the shower did not drain well. We moved to another room which was about the same. No issues with the drain in the shower. Water was warm not hot.

The room had a very strong, musky, old smell to it as soon as we opened the door and there was burns all over the counter tops and furniture

It wasn't very clean. There was bugs. They always had the same food every morning for breakfast. The pool was shut down for about a week during the month that we were there.

The staff respected our privacy and didn't disturb us unless we requested it. The breakfast was always ready and available every morning.

Small TV. No extra pillows. Hard bed. Stinky hallway. (Smelled like moldy wet dog). Pool was out of order. External doors didn't lock. Front desk staff was outside talking to people or not near the desk when we needed help. Dirt/hair in the bathroom when we arrived. Parking lot is scary.. Faucet sprayed out like a firehose.
