Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesWe stayed for 5 nights and we just had the room service at the last day. Also, the breakfast is not good. The build just have one elevator and the pool was so dirty and we couldn’t even use.

United StatesOther guests were smoking pot in the pool cabana. I know it's legal in Colorado, but hotel should not allow in this area of private property. Pot smoke filled the air of all hallways. Luckily, we didn't smell it in room. It was a nice play to stay. But the pot use kinda ruined it.
This was a clean, quiet and decent place to stay for my daughter and I. Breakfast was ok. Pool and hot tub were both nice.

Pet friendly hotel with rooms without carpet. Had pickup bags available.

United StatesEntry door on the side was difficult to open. I didn't like the double doors to the bathroom or the rubberized shower curtain hooks. Breakfast eggs too dry and stuck to serving pan. Hot water for instant oatmeal across the room by coffee service.
Coffee and hot tea availability throughout the day. Helpful and friendly (and compassionate for my situation) front desk staff. Liked the workout room although I didn't use it. Easy access to Rt. 36. Ample.parking. Nice breakfast room.

United StatesMostly superficial complaints. Ran out of eggs one morning. No hot tub. Pool wasn't open yet, May 1-4 (I get it). Couldn't cast to TV even though the option was there, it wouldn't work for me. I'd like to see a greener/more sustainable approach to the disposable plates, cutlery, cups and soaps used.
Breakfast included. Great parking. Polite staff. Clean room. The price point is the seller. I was really happy with my stay here

AustriaCall me paranoid but the doors have noticeable gaps which allow you to peek into the room, I covered my door with a towel to prevent that. Also since the floor lights are always on, there was always light entering the room through these gaps.
