We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

I traveled with a dog. there is a pet fee and deposit. plenty of parking out back. I think my rate was higher than usual due to staying whilst Taylor swift was in concert in Miami and Boat Show in Ft Lauderdale. Hotel needs some updates but generally clean and in good condition. There is a young man at front desk that I swear lives there lol he is phenomenal and the cleaning ladies all are so nice and polite. Great location for staying in general Hollywood area but not far from Ft. lauderdale for day trips. Beds are not bad.

United StatesThe breakfast. For a week stay Mon-Fri I was expecting variety of breakfast. This in fact did not happen. The breakfast was the same the entire week. Instant eggs, bagels, bread, and waffle maker. It is complementary breakfast, but still, expected just a bit more. One day bacon, one day sausage, maybe ham one day. Something of the sort. Nothing like that was provided.
Cleanliness. My dog gave a bit of trouble with barking and the staff was still very kind to contact me to check in on my dog.

United StatesAs other guests mentioned, the facilities need an update. Window drapes and the rug were dirty (as in "years of not being cleaned" dirty). This is not an issue that the housekeeping staff can resolve. The administration needs to bring special equipment and do a deep cleaning.
Convenient location. Quiet environment. The staff was helpful and friendly. They clean the rooms every 4 days, but the cleaners do a great job.
