Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).

CanadaThe pool needed a clean but with the weather, it would have been tough to keep ahead of the leaves blowing in. Early check in fees were $50, regardless of how early before check in you wanted the room.
The location was convenient and the staff was excellent. The building is older so things could use an update, coat of paint, new finishing but the staff keep it clean and tidy. The beds are comfortable and the water had lots of pressure and was hot fast.

CanadaWe waited 20 minutes before we could check in. There was noone at the front desk. Two other parties were waiting as well. 20 minutes after arriving the front desk clerk arrived from outiside after clearly being out getting food. Totally unaccetable. She then gave me a key card to a room that was occupied which completely shocked me as I opened the door to find music playing and a room that was clearly occupied. When I told her she said "ok, I got you"....what does that even mean??? The facility needs an overhaul. The towel bar fell off the wall when I was there and the hallways smelled like wet dog. I will say the bed was comfortable and clean and the towels were clean. Breakfast was adequate. Nothing special. I won't return.

The breakfast was included and had good options, not many variety but still good options.
