When we arrived, complimentary breakfast wasn't mentioned to us, and we got to know towards the very end. Rest it was a wonderful place well connected to every beautiful thing nearby. The entrance may confuse someone, so a sign of where to enter from can be helpful for future visits.

I liked almost everything, the facilities were nice, the staff was friendly and cleaning was exceptional work. It is a safe place and a well-connected place to every tourist spots.

This stay, the breakfast food and coffee were cold, and several items were not kept stocked. Had to take food to room to heat in the microwave.

Appreciate the location, parking and great front desk staff. Breakfast is normally good and filling.

To get to park the vehicle was difficult. Parking is so tied. Others that have SUV or trucks made it difficult to maneuver around them to get in and out of the parking structure. One good thing, freeway 5 exit is close by.

Facility offered free breakfast. It was ok.

The location did not have accommodations for a large vehicle. We had to park parallel and occupy 3 spaces or park on the street, and there wasn’t much bathers either. Rooms were small.

Strange noises at night from sinks or pluming. Walls are quiet thin so you can hear people next door. Mid breakfast selection

Easy access to the highway. Accessible amenities but far from supermarkets. Comfortable rooms and amazing AC/heating unit great TV channels

Bathroom was not clean. TV remote was missing. Carpets in hallway were dirty looking.

The garage was a big tight but I'm glad it existed and was included in the price.

The room was very clean, spacious, beds were comfortable, and the windows blocked the sound of the nearby highway very well. You could hear a bit of hallway noise if someone was walking right by and talking but it was pretty minimal for us and I got great sleep. Location was close to a lot of points of interest - quick drive not walk right out the door and you're in a bustling area though. The breakfast was middle of the road, we skipped it and ate out, but nice that it was a free option and they did have some hot foods, maybe we came down too late - they did have cereal, oatmeal packets, hardboiled eggs, toast, and looked like they were out of scrambled eggs.

Bed was not very comfortable and the parking was a little tight. Big trucks made it impossible to get through.

The hotel was clean and staff was very nice. And was not far from everything.

Could have been cleaner, shower curtain was missing, there was no conditioner in the bottle.

Breakfast was basic but plentiful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Shower was missing a shower curtain.

Fridge was broken, it froze our cans and popped them. Loud Kids running around early in the morning 7 am, parents didn't care. Next door was smoking weed.

check in! When I checked in there was no one at the desk with a sign that said: will be back in 5 minutes. I waited 10 minutes and no one showed up. so, I left and came back an hour later. then they checked us in. Beds are very uncomfortable.

The whole hotel smells like a pet store. If you’re used to living with pets, it may not bother you but before we could even sleep, we had to get some Febreeze and spray the curtains and furniture and plug in an air freshener.

The service was amazing. Every single person they had working was friendly, nice, very helpful, polite. Parking was weird but fine, and it was very close to SeaWorld.

Bacon is always a favorite and omelette. But they did have meat.

The sausage sandwich and juice! The staffing was available to keep the food supplied.

Looks like it is currently being renovated with inside desperately needing new paint, doors having tape with room numbers hand written on it. Location is sketchy seeing homeless people outside and right next to a cannibas shop.

bed breakfast is poor and unhealthy place a bit run down loud room, too much noise from street fridge was freezing everything in it, even on lowest setting.
