Nowadays almost everyone offers an in-room safe. This is near a casino and lots of people probably carry more cash than usual. That's a needed service. Also, need to provide outlets for charging devices.

Clean and comfortable. Certainly adequate plus in basic services.

Swimming pool was closed for maintenance and I had planned to use it. The elevator stopped working properly. You could go up but it wouldn’t go down passed the 3rd floor. I had hoped to be able to walk to a restaurant or shops but nothing is nearby.

    Room was very nice.

More expensive than what you get. Location is close enough to Winstar to be drivable, but far enough away to avoid the noise but is a little difficult to get to because of construction and the exit.

The rooms were quiet even though the hotel is right off the interstate. Comfortable beds and a pretty clean room. What you would expect from a free, hotel breakfast.

The price was a bit high I'd say by 30-50 dollars to high for what was offered. Room didn't have blackout shades, the AC was cold ish.

    Staff was kind.

We arrived at 2PM w/check in at 3PM. We were told they couldn't check us in until 3 as they were too busy the night before and didn't have the rooms ready. They finally did assign us a room and gave us our keys only because we just wanted to know we had a room, that we didn't even want to go to the room until after the concert at Winstar Casino. We were glad that we were just sleeping there, not lounging around there as there was only 1 chair. Breakfast was ok. Tables weren't clean so we had to wipe the counter table off. We were surprised that a Quality Inn wasn't better and the cost was at least $10 too much for what they offered.

Actually, had I known that there was a Hampton Inn in the same area, I would have booked it instead.

Many other reviews said the beds are comfy and I disagree. The bed was too firm and hurt my back. I ended up having to sleep on top of the comforter just to add a little more cushion. They really need to invest in some pillow topper mattress covers. The pillows were uncomfortable and tiny too. The room's furniture was a little dated and the shower had very little water pressure. Made for a disappointing shower. And when I was downstairs checking out, two other people were at the front desk saying they had no hot water in their rooms and they were sending maintenance, which in reading through other reviews, this seems to be a common problem at this hotel.

The room was big! We got the King Deluxe Suite, so my two teen sons could have their own space. It was a very large bedroom (almost too big, as the tv was too small for the distance from the bed) and a living area. Also, for other's information, the suite does have a sofa bed. It didn't state that in the listing, so I called and asked before booking the room. The kids slept on the queen sofa bed in the living area. They had their own tv too. Also, the bathroom could be accessed from both rooms, which was nice, so that we didn't have to walk through each other's spaces at night if we needed the bathroom. Room actually had decent blackout curtains, unlike a lot of places I've stayed at recently and even though we were right on a major highway, I didn't hear it when sleeping that night. The A/C in both rooms worked well and was sufficient to cool the large rooms. The breakfast was good overall. They offered muffins, sausage patties, red velvet pancakes (which was big hits with my teen boys), scrambled eggs, ect.

The bathroom should have some type of hand or magnifying mirror.

Breakfast was ok. The seating was not very accommodating because the chairs sat way too low.

The only complaint is that one of the front desk guys suggested his own Uber driver that he had business cards for. I wouldn’t recommend using this guy because it cost $60 for a 10 minute drive. Pretty sure it was a scam for extra money.

I thought the hotel itself was perfect for our stay and was clean and kept up with. The room was nice and had everything we needed. The breakfast was good and multiple options to choose from.

Would be nice if they could provide enough towels for each guest! We had 4 ppl in a dbl rm. But Only 3 towels.. The boxed bed frames were made from some cheap tin material. It made a loud sound when I turned over or got off the bed.

The bkfsst was free so I can't really complain..
