Drinking water in the lobby. Drain in the shower SLOW. The floor we stayed on smelled sour! 3rd floor. Swimming pool dirty water and rails were falling off. No drinking water or towels in the gym.

Too noisy. Freeway is very close. Some kid burned toast in the room across from us. It smelled really bad for an hour. Choking kind of bad. The door card reader is too far from the door to get in the building. It didn't work very well either. The only good thing was that it was close to the hospital I had a surgery at.

The shower was dangerous... It was slippery and the bottom of the shower/tub was rounded and very hard to keep balance. Not safe at all

The elevator typically smelled like a mix between cleaners and animals but one evening smelled like poop. The hallway on our floor always smelled like animals and the carpets were stained. The tub was stained and the faucets were old.

The staff were wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. Within walking distance to several dining options.

At check-in, the maintenance guy was having a conversation with the front desk person about hot water issues. Although he was very nice and stated to call him should more issues arise, it's not a conversation you have at the front desk while guests are checking in. The AC was incredibly loud. By the 3rd night, it was so loud that i wanted to sleep in the car. I casually mentioned it a staff member in the elevator, and she said oh im sorry we are sold out, so I doubt they'll move you. We were there for a soccer tournament and were exhausted and didn't want to complain. I used to be a hotel manager for several years and made every effort to look past things, but I just couldn't. I had to go to a different location who offered secured wifi to work. Who does t offer password protected wifi? The bathroom was dirty, it had a grey ring around the faucet. I ended up cleaning it with my clorox wipes. I booked through booking.com only to buy more time until our soccer team solidified a room block and was hoping to cancel my booking, but unfortunately by the time I tried to cancel my card was already charged and didnt want to go through the hassle of canceling and getting a one night refund, but now I regret it. The room we were in had a horrible smell. We had to buy fabreeze to freshen it up. Take a look at the vent in the bathroom, I didn't clean that, but you will find lint falling from it. The location is wonderful but clearly the owners dont care about the upkeep of the hotel. It would be nice if compensation were given as a gesture of good will.

Reservation was for 4 people and toiletries and towels weren’t enough (had three towels and 1 tiny bottle of shampoo. No conditioner. Soap was sliver thin. Beds were uncomfortable. Walls are thin could hear people out in the hallway. Bathtub was rusted.

Room was ice cold. Unable to heat it up. Entire floor outside the room smelled like sewage. Desk clerk was inable to give us a receipt at checkout. She said she would email us a receipt, but never did.
