We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The TV in our room Did Not Work, the front desk clerk did not know how to work the remote control or try to help or have any suggestions to help get our TV to work!! No TV channel or instructions. No maintenance or on site manager to help her..? We finally got 1 channel to work & volume & that was it. This was our 2nd time to stay at this hotel & the last.
We did not eat their breakfast.

United StatesThe elevators were not working. The nice lady said they had been out for over a week and that the company that handles it wouldn’t be out there to fix them till the end of the month. That meant every with heavy luggage had to take the stairs to get to their room. We were on the second floor. I have a bad back so that was hard going up & down the stairs every time I needed to leave my room to go back down stairs for anything. Plus the first room we were in the tv didn’t work so we had to be moved to another room down the hall.🤨

The room itself was huge! Breakfast was nice . And location was great. Just minutes from everything we needed. Will definitely book there again!

I also expected 2 queen beds, as I was sleeping 3 adult's and 3 children, in the room and I believe they were full size beds, just like the beds in my childrens room.
