I liked the location.

The floor was dirty , bed wringled, smoking is excessive, my cloths stank like cigarettes, no refrig, or microwave.

Very disappointed with the room. Broken shower, fridge was not working too. Room was not swept clean. Towels was too small could not fit around my body. There was 2 of us in the room but only gave us 1 wash rag. When I ask at the counter about the wash rags I was told that they have no more to give me. I feel as tho I should get some kind of refund back to my card. AC and heater base board was not staying close. As soon as you try to close it, it would pop open again. Did not like being called homeless and police called for nothing just cuz I was trying to check in early and waiting patiently in the lobby the guy chose to harass me and I will be suing ASAP.

They do not have free breakfast. The have 2 tiny coffee hot water dispenser in the lobby near the check-in.. and this IS NOT BREAKFAST.. IS COMPLIMENTARY. NO BAGELS NOTHING LIKE COMFORT INN OR QUALITY INN OUT SMALL HOTELS... THIS IS A HUGE BUILDING THAT CANNOT ACCOMMODATE.. NO GYM... NO CATERING BREAKFAST ROOM SERVICE.. REACH PERSON BUY THINGS TO CLEAN THEIR OWN ROOM. 1 DOLLEY RACK TO LUG UR STUFF DOWN. All workers who do termination should let so tenants know NOISE WILL TAKE PLACE. NO ROOM HAVE A COFFEE MAKER. IT'S A VERY OLD BUILDING WITH ITEMS THAT SMALLER MORTAL DO HAVE THEY DO NOT. EVERY ROOM NEED AN IRONING BOARD. NOT A GOOD SETUP FOR A BUSINESS TRIP. ALL ROOMS DO NOT HAVE MICROWAVE SO EXPECT TO WASTE MONEY. YOU HAVE NO WAY TO HEAT FOOD AND BABY BOTTLES. U HAVE NO FRIDGE... MANY ROOMS LACK OF NECESSITIES ... TIME ARE FILTHY AND VERY OLD SOME WATER LITERALLY PAINTED WITH PAINT AND IS NOT VISIT ISSUES IT'S VERY OLD. HOW DO U RENOVATE WITH PPL STILL ON THE BUILDING???

the staff was rude when I came to check in, I gave my information and that I have paid for a room in advance and I didn’t know about a 50 dollar deposit fee upon checking in I was polite about it and that I wasn’t informed while booking. the staff was pretty rude about it. the ice machine was down, no water bottles at all provided

I'd be very scared if I was alone. The whole floor we stayed smelled like weed. Front door is locked all day and night, you need to call front desk to enter if you don't have the hotel card. Our TV didn't turn on, landscapers were blowing leaves on a Sunday before 9AM and there were a few of them...

I did not like the problem I had with extending my stay. I seem to be having the same proble with the same person who claims that there is no record of my booking confirmation. Y records show I paid for the reservation. After after quite some time, the person locates my records. and admits to her mistake.

Everything!!! It smelled so bad like old food mixed with musty body odors…I had to get bathroom cleaner and a comforter just to feel some comfort… they should keep the long term rentals separate from the short stays because it’s just not a good look

Nothing it was overpriced for the condition of the building. The room appeared clean but the odor made it feel disgusting but the water was hot!!

the location is downtown and it gets people loitering around the property I don’t expect to see insects in the bathtub ( cockroaches) for the prices they charge they do the bare minimum and the rooms are just standard and not inviting I have stayed several times and each time I stayed there was something wrong with the room. the ceiling in the bathroom leaked on two occasions so I decided I would not go back after seeing the insects

there was not much I liked at all there were renovations being done so the rooms were not up to standard and as fas as customer service I can say there was one male staff that went above and beyond to help you but I was disappointed with one female staff customer service

wanted to stay somehwere near the place i was visisting and found this one cheap and looked decent. Probabaly because it is cheap ...was a bit shocked. All sorts of weird people around, apparrently lots of drug adicts ..and the whole floors smells weed. Room is large, shower is good, and for a night of stay i have no comlaint about the room. just the overall feeling is a bit scary.

Reserved a non smoking room, the room smelled like smoke bad. Asked the front desk about it and was told the last guests smoked I there and they didn't have time to get the smell out, but didn't move our room. Smell was so bad our luggage and clean clothes inside luggage smelt after leaving, had to take every thing to laundromat & febreeze all bags.

The staff was friendly, breakfast had a nice selection.

I don't like the fact that you people smoke in the building because when you first enter the building, u start smelling smoke
