I liked the new remodel. I did not like having to pay a fee for parking. That was an unexpected unpleasant surprise. The refrigerator was small for a standard room.

I liked the security at the entrance and the room service, comfortable and clean room.

We had no idea the hotel was under renovation with no restaurants available. We had all out grandkids and it was a lot to take them to the park to eat vs just in the hotel. Wish your website noted that in advance. Your carts to take bags to the room were wonky. Wheels didn't turn right, felt flat and was wobbly. You should check that out.

The bed was super comfy! The pool area was nice. Our kids and grandkids spent a lot of time out there. so fun!

In the middle of remodeling window was taped up for painting and restaurant wasn't open for breakfast had to go to chicken dinner restaurant for breakfast but it was good. The 3rd night our windows were untapped and the view was nice.

A trash can in the room, we weren't sure where to put the trash we had. An indoor pool would be nice for the colder days we can't use it outside.

I loved the location. It had every retail store and food locations in close proximity to the hotel. Bed was fine. Room size was fine as well. I liked my view, being able to see the pool and parking lot.

I found a spot on the towels and was concerned for how sanitary the utilities were. I wish the mini fridge wasn’t set on a 2 hour time limit but it kept my leftovers good until we were able to leave.

the rooms were a bit dingy and dark weird texture wall coverings and the bathroom was quite dark and small - was a little noisy at night. staff were not the most welcoming

The gym was okay, it could use some TLC and upgrades but it was functional. The sauna and steamroom were available but didn't seem very inviting so it would be nice if the hotel could spruce those amenities up a bit. Unfortunately we were also next to a room with a family so could hear children screaming at night and in the morning.

Very spacious hotel. Everything is big - the room, beds, counter space, pool. It was recently renovated so everything was clean and updated. The staff were all friendly and polite. The pool and hottub are amazing, go early in the morning right when it opens at 9am to get the place all to yourself! Location is perfect if you are going to Knotts Berry Farm Park (literally 5 minute walk right next to the hotel).

The breakfast was awful and very expensive. French toast was hard and crusty, and the hash browns were just a messy mash that did not resemble anything like hash browns. The fruit Salad was mainly one fruit. For a price of $22 each you expect good quality brekky options. Did not buy this brekky after the first morning.

Room size was good and the pool area was awesome. Free shuttle to Disneyland was much appreciated.
