I was expecting a "standard" Country Inn and Suites. This is a brand conversion on an old property. Construction going on, so the place smelled like a worksite. Not awful. The bathroom door was not hung in a way that it would shut with pushing the bottom of the slider outward, thereby stressing the rail. Make me feel like I was staying at a hostel.

The property looked to be under remodel. It was fine to stay in but Sunday morning there was no breakfast and no one working the front desk.

service could have been a little better. i booked a 2 queen room. when i checked in and went to the room it was a single queen room. went back to the front desk to take care of this. the lady at the desk was not very pleasant. she said i made the booking thru an different app then the hotels app. and was not acceptable for change. i showed here the room i ordered on the app. the headline for the room said queen stay. didn't say anything about 2 queens. so that why i got a single bed. not sure if this is a listing problem with booking.com and the hotel or they just didn't read the entire booking when saving my room. I did get the room changed. but the lady at the desk was being rude about it and trying to make it out to be my fault. I also stayed there a couple of months ago. breakfast is to be served until 9:30. they serve premade cheese omelets and sausage patties along with cereal and toast. i got down there at 8:30 with only 2 eggs and 1 sausage patty left. a few other customers came in shortly after i got there which there was nothing left. they went to the front desk to ask to get more food made. the lady replied to them that she makes everything up first thing in the morning and when they run out they run out. so i guess first come first serve. even thou this is a pretty clean place i probably will not stay there again.

Check-in process was something less than welcoming. Seemed that the clerk couldn't get rid of me fast enough. One other guest was in line at some point after I started checking in. Only one clothes hanger in the room.

Housekeeping staff was very friendly and does a very good job with the rooms!

Rooms need a little tlc but is very clean and comfortable.

The friendly front desk staff helped us after we had a 23 hour drive getting there to book in earlier. Had a good two night stay.

Stayed there a year ago and was surprised how run down it became since then. Air Conditioning was questionable and the the front of the unit fell off the minute I touched the temperature control. Maintenance had to come and put it back on. They seemed short staffed and struggled to get guests checked in or out

Floor wasn’t clean, shower head weak, remote didn’t work, poorly lit, no lamp between beds, breakfast was cold cereal, 1 ripe banana, some biscuits & waffle maker. Carpet in hallways had bleach spots on it.

The building was rundown. looked like it was nice after last renovation, but needs a refresh. The building has no direct street access. It is in a Walgreens parking lot. There is no overnight staff. I needed to checkout @ 6am had to leave a note at front desk.

There was a large black stain on the seat of the chair, appeared to be grease. When we went down for breakfast the milk was expired, the yoghurt was expired, there wasn’t any peanut butter available. I wouldn’t probably complain but my granddaughter has stomach issues when it comes to dairy items. I don’t feel the expired products should be used on the buffet.

The fridge was turned on when we wanted to keep our beverages cool. The room was warm when we arrived. As we walked in it appeared clean.

This place is updated and safe but the place was not clean and was not sure if we had clean bedding. The TV remote was not cleaned and covered with tape. Plumbing was sloppily installed. Loose faucet in shower The advertised breakfast was not good. Breakfast room was dirty and there wasn't even coffee in the am.made at 8 am. The room was designed for hotel food but I guess they needed help getting it together. I have had hotel breakfast at other chain hotels that had an attendant putting out food and wiping down tables making coffee...none of this happened. Would not stay here again. Get your act together

Floors in the rooms were not carpeted but did not seem to be mopped in a while as my wife white socks were very dirty after just walking around a little in the room. We then tried wiping a wet paper towel on the floor near the bed and it was black after just a few wipes. Very disappointed.

Breakfast was typical for this type of hotel.
