It just didn’t feel clean and frankly, we didn’t feel especially safe. There is no lobby to enter - you go into a little locked area and have to speak to the clerk through plexiglass and there’s only a small hole to pass paperwork through. It feels very locked down for employee safety, which makes me wonder about guest safety and security. I’m from Detroit - no shrinking violet. But I will never stay here again.

Booked reservations for king bed no smoking. Upon arrival room strong cig smoke odor. Easily was Switched out to a Queen room that didn't smell of smoke. Which I was still charged for king that I was not pleased about. It was a bit noisy from other guest hollering in breezeway during night hours. Needless to say I didn't sleep well.

It was a cute lil cheap room. It was clean, had a lil coffee set up, and was close to everything. It was quiet and everything in the room worked as it should. Smooth check-in and check-out.

Extremely dirty (stains on sheets, dirt in every corner, candle wax on ground and desk, a bunch of hair in shower, etc), There were people yelling and drinking on the stairs and trying to peak in windows (when the staff were notified they told us to wait it out instead of handling it), Extremely rude staff. Just horrible in every aspect.

The booking was made by me for my friend and I. Hoping this hotel understands privacy policies I've booked it before. However, when I was visiting my friend, the staff shared my booking information with my spouse who tried to know my whereabouts and that caused much embarrassment and humiliation to me and my friend. I didn't think anyone should be involved with what I do with my personal time and money. Sharing booking information was completely unprofessional and I think they're the worst.

It was ALL bad. Horrible. SMELL was NASTY in my non-smoking room - was like a giant ash tray of cigs and pot and dope. No wonder it was a non-refundable booking. The moment I opened the door, I knew I’d be better off sleeping in my car. Dirty. Stinky. Broken. Food left in mini fridge from last guest. Sink falling apart. Shower clogged. Stained sheets, curtains. Torn up floor. The air quality left me with a bloody nose, cough, and headache. The final night, I did sleep in my car. What a miserable dump! Oh and there is no lobby. The photos are fake. There is a vestibule with a check-in person behind plexiglass. What does that tell you???

It was available and lower price range. The check-in lady was good. The property conditions aren’t her fault unless she was the owner too.
