I feel sad that there is no personal check in. As an Australian who has no idea of New Orleans, it would’ve been helpful to talk to someone at checkin! In the room, the only fault was a used coffee bag in the coffee machine. Don’t rely on tenants to clean. Check everything!

It is the best accommodation we have stayed in, in our 3 weeks in the USA. It had everything it said it had in the way of facilities.

Location was amazing, close to everything you need in the French Quarter. Parking was good. Staff was friendly. Entrance is a little confusing the first time but very safe. If you are booking this hotel because of its reputation for being haunted there is definitely a chance you won't be disappointed. Pool is very small but kind of nice to have in the heat. Room was huge but don't count on the pull-out it was very uncomfortable.

Some clothes disappeared from the terrace, we thought they were stolen. Turned out that the cleaning lady had taken them. Was difficult to get them back, as nobody at the reception for check-out

Great location, spacious appartement with nice terrace and small pool Authentique, but furniturea bit dark. Could reach everything by walking.

We were in a room right by the road so we could hear loud cars occasionally driving by but I didn't mind that much.

The location is very convenient. And the suite we had was very roomy and comfortable.

Room was musty, but there was a huge rain storm the day we got there. Lowered the AC, which worked great, and that helped.

Perfect location, safe, walkable to everything (Esplanade is right between the Quarter and the Marigny triangle). Clean room - no carpet. Studio is on ground floor. Wonderful staff.

The pillows were the worst I’ve ever slept on. They were rock hard and hurt my neck and had a hard time getting any good rest for the 3 nights I was there . We had one day to enjoy the pool and one of your staff was out in the court yard pressure washing the brick floors all day long and as we arrived around 3 pm he was still at it.. making our pool experience not so great. Another staff member finally came outside and told him to shut it down but it was a disappointment that our presence as paying guest wasn’t considered immediately, considering he had already been out there for over 6 hours working . We had to shout over one another during conversation which hindered that experience. Last , I made a comment while in the room that we had no pot available for the kitchen . There are 3 frying pans along with a make shift stove , basic cooking tools . It would have been nice to have some sort of pot as I had intended on cooking mostly which was one of the main reasons , along with location why I picked this spot. Well,on the last day a pot just happened to mysteriously appear in the cabinet as we were cleaning up . That pot was not there the first 2 days as I would have seen it obviously and not complained. I thought this was very odd and quite sketchy . I was aware that staff would have access to our room while we were away. And how would anyone know that I complained about not having a pot if I didn’t directly say anything about it to staff?! . The pillows were enough of a disappointment, I’m just glad I brought my own.

Very convenient location with a nice court yard and pool. Super cute apartment that gives you that New Orleans feel.

The hotel does not have the name on the outside so easy to miss if you do not have exact address.

Don't judge this little gem by the location....we parked our car In Their parking area. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. A quiet area and a short walk to Bourbon Street, Royal and other tourist attractions in the French Quarter.

Great location- easy to walk anywhere in the French Quarter! Staff responded quickly to messages and accommodated us leaving our bags with them the last day since our flight didn’t leave until evening.

There did not seem to be a lot sound proofing and could hear everything on the street, not a huge deal. There also seemed to be a crack between the people above us so we could hear them super clearly as well, which honestly was more funny than anything.

I really enjoyed the aesthetic of the place and how spacious it was.

Please remove the creepy antique car from the parking area. It's located two car spots down from the big pothole.

The staff, Amanda in particular, was wonderful! She is very professional, accommodating, and polite. The amenities are nice, such as a kitchen, with a refrigerator and stove, not to mention the dining room area! It's nice and very spacious. The courtyard is a nice place to chat with friends and family. This is a very quiet and cozy place to stay. We slept quite comfortably.

Please supply a broom or swiffer in the room since there is so much tile and no rugs.

The location was great, the room was amazing. We stayed in room 4, it was very roomy. The pool was awesome after walking in the heat all day.

It was difficult to regulate the temperature between the 2 levels in my room.

I loved the location! I also appreciated the attentive communication to make sure my late night arrival went smoothly. It was amazingly quiet for the location!

The late check in time of 4:00 p.m. (additional charge of $35 for 12 p.m.). But you can drop off your luggage for holding in the office. The open grass parking lot was a half a block away. I could hear occupant walking on upper level.

I loved the charm of the residence with balcony over looking the pool. Security code for entering building from street and security code for room (small apartment). There were local bars for entertainment and cafes all walking distance.

Leaky kitchen faucet , no vending /ice machine, small amount of parking provided, no elevator.

Clean, roomy suite, staff was great, felt secure, coffee, towels, dishes supplied . Staff helped with luggage.

Our room needed some repairs such as the blinds were taped together but still didn’t work. The coffee machine only worked if I held the pot up to the filter section. The carpets had been vacuumed but needed to be deep-cleaned. Ouf room was at the back and so it was quiet, but our family at the front had street noise as well as guests coming and going all night.

The location and the antique-type furnishings. Blue, the front-desk person, was friendly and helpful.

Dead leaves everywhere; all over the courtyard and in the pool. The light outside our room was out, making it hard to see the keypad at night. We notified the staff and was told “ It’s on the list”. Five days later, still not fixed.( how hard is it to replace a light bulb?)
