Missing a few amenities:cups in bathroom. Cold air came in around air conditioner.

The shower curtain in the bathroom is rusty, a simple replacement. One of the table lights is missing a globe, another simple fix. The fuzzy pillows should be replaced with cleaner looking ones or removed.

Really didn't like the front door being unlocked at night. I understood the reason, but maybe a lockbox with a key for guest to unlock and return key.

The breakfast was great and I was happy for the variety. I didn't have to eat the same thing everyday. I loved the location. It was very convenient to walk around Oak Bluff, right at the bus stop, and the ocean right across the street. Oh, and the swing on the front porch.

I had challenge accessing wifi on my device but got on with another guests' device.

Coleen Cotton provided superb customer service, friendliness, and professionalism beyond expectation. She made the best spinach scrambled eggs I ever had, served with love. The property was clean, and the bus picked me up literally outside the property to go to the airport. I felt like I came as a guest and left as a friend. I would return just for her and those eggs.

Two flights of stairs to our room and there was no wardrobe or hangers. Just hooks behind the door. Colleen was really good she was working so hard on her own to manage the hotel including preparing breakfast/ cleaning rooms / answering questions etc definitely need more staff but this is an island wide issue

Location is spot on you can walk from the ferry terminal to the accommodation. The hotel was spotlessly clean and we were given a nice welcome. The breakfast was fine. The hotel is near the shuttle bus stop.

Nothing to dislike! Just a note - each room is a little different with slightly different amenities based on size and shape of the room. Worth looking at specific rooms when you book to make the best choice for you!

Wonderful location on historic Inkwell Beach, artwork throughout the property celebrating that history, easy walk to center of Oak Bluffs, wonderful staff (gracious, kind), very comfortable bed!

Breakfast was lovely, enjoyed the tea, and bagels, fresh fruit, waffles. The most comfortable bed i think I've ever slept in.

Absolutely no complaints. There wasn’t a single aspect that wasn’t truly perfect for our stay.

Every aspect of the stay was perfect. Our room was spacious and comfortable, staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, location was perfect, and the options for breakfast and happy hour were also very nice. Such a lovely place to stay.

We liked everything but felt- A sign on the porch with the Inn’s name would be helpful in finding the place. Outdoor shower could use an update. More variety in the morning egg options- same every day. Could offer other veggies or meat options. or have frittata/ quiche

We arrived on a very hot day- Colleen greeted us with glasses of cold water before showing us to our air conditioned room. She was always available to answer questions/help. The front porch with beach view was a great place to eat breakfast, relax after a long day of beaching/biking. Afternoon Prosecco, cheese/charcuterie, chocolate cake was terrific!!! Hot chocolate chip cookies on another afternoon- yum. Bed was comfortable, room was quiet- we never heard the other guests staying on our floor. We had such a great time we booked another stay late summer! Welcoming staff. Clean room. Air conditioning in the rooms, Outdoor shower, bike storage, never empty basket of beach towels, beach yoga

Location of Inkwell Beach Cottage is awesome walking distance from the ferry and beach across the street makes this place very convenient. Staff of the Inkwell Cottage are exceptional specially Colleen who is very friendly and very attentive to guests needs. Colleen went beyond and above to make sure we have everything we need. Colleen’s smiley face welcomed us in the morning always ready to make sure we are satisfied and that we have all we need. Thank you Colleen you made our stay at Inkwell Beach Cottage amazing experience. We will definitely be back.

One point of feedback was that the walls seemed a bit thin and we could hear our neighbors as times. Didn’t affect our stay, just something we noticed.

We liked the location, which was right on the beach! We also enjoyed the porch where we could sit and enjoy snacks. The staff was very friendly and helpful! We liked the breakfast and happy hour snacks. Our room was always kept clean as well. We plan to come again for sure!

A/C in our room worked well but was a bit loud. It may be time to invest in quieter units?

We had a lovely relaxing stay here in room #5. The location is just down the road from the ferry drop off. They supply a very nice breakfast and the staff was very nice as well. We sat out on the porch at various times during the day, in the morning, afternoon and even at night sipping a glass of wine. What a phenomenal view! Beach across the road was wonderful
