Everything was exceptional!

The breakfast was nutritional and tasted good in which I enjoyed the fruit salad. The hostess Ms. Tee was very friendly and hospitable, she prepared my over-easy egg with perfection.

The room was tiny. The sink is in the room so rather tight for two women but our room had an outside porch and set up to view the coast while having morning coffee and a place to read that good book. This room would be cozy for one person.

The ambiance, the staff, the sweetness of the hotel. Breakfast on the front porch was wonderful and the views were peaceful.

My wife and I had a lovely stay. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable with a gorgeous view. The staff was friendly and welcoming and provided my wife with a beach chair because she is pregnant. The breakfast was so good and nice to enjoy on the porch. We can’t wait to return!

Location, location, location! Situated across from Ocean Park you are only a few steps from doing yoga with Christopher, going in the water with the polar bears or just sitting on the beautiful porch enjoying a cup of coffee and watching the water and the world go by. Ask the lovely Coleen to make you the scrambled eggs with spinach and cheese for breakfast! 😋

Could have had a better handicap access. Had a had time with walkers and very little handicap access to stores .

If you are staying with the beach view room, if the weather is bad and windy, you will feel it. Just have that in mind, but any other time perfect view!

Main road to islands capitol between cottage and beach, quite some traffic and noise during peak hours. Quite noisy heat pump in front of bedroom window. So, there are no open windows at night.. There is no room service at all... Value for money is low compared to European holiday destinations.

The parking is limited, but I imagine that you can park along the street during peak season - just a heads up for anyone bringing their own vehicle to the Vineyard.

We came during off-season in March, and so naturally the island and the hotel were quiet, but I wouldn't hesitate to stay here during peak season! The location is perfect, water front, easy to get to, and the staff is very friendly. Easily within walking distance to the main shops and restaurants in Oak Bluffs, and it's right across the street from the beach. Plus the rooms are good size, and the bed was very comfortable.

Missing fridge. Bedroom door wouldn't close.

EXCELLENT view! The bed was super comfortable, the room was missing the fridge. Finally got one put in. The stairs were hard to go up, but manageable. Our staff were super friendly. Would've liked to have seen more modern features, but quaint none the less.

We want to say that Colleen did any extraordinary job taking care of us while we were there. She helped us with all our questions and needs. The scrambled eggs cooked to order were an unexpected treat. From what we could tell she was doing everything and she was great!

Perfect location- across the street from a beach, close to the Oak Bluffs ferry, walking distance to restaurants, bus to Edgartown and Vineyard Haven at the door. Parking is on the street. Huge front porch for coffee or wine while watching the water. Old-fashioned house at the beach- nothing fancy.
