Try some different breakfast options (all same during 3 day visit) Disappointing as I signed up for "suite" online with Booking.com. When we arrived at hotel, were given "handicapped" room 😞

The rooms were poor. Stained carpet. Very noisy, clunky room air conditioner, missing drain in sink, slow draining tub.

The staff at check in was wonderful! Friendly! And accommodating!!

The hall and lobby/breakfast area were really hot. It’s almost like the pool was heating up the hotel and they didn’t have proper cooling for those areas.

The curtain rod in the shower was barely hanging onto the wall, same with the faucet of the tub. One wrong move and everything would have been broken. The courtesy soaps were already used as well, but left in the room as if they were new.

The water slide was great for our son!

It was very dirty. Hard to tell when the last time the room was vacuumed. The bed mattress was very old, uncomfortable, and it had an odor.

There was no hair drier. No direction how to program the TV or the heating system.Very good.

It was very good. And the lady in charge was very helpful. The food was good.

We initially made a reservation and then added a night to it. We spoke about it on the phone when extending, and again with the staff when checking in. The next morning housekeeping came and -told us- we were checking out. We let them know we weren’t. Next a man from the office came down and told us they were fully booked for the coming night so we needed to get out. We again explained the extended reservation. We went to the front desk and cleared it up- ok, no problem. The second morning we received a text letting us know checkout was 11am and TWO stops by housekeeping wanting to know when we were leaving- all before 9:15 am. We were not at all problematic guests, quiet and paying full price, but they sure did want us to leave. So we did- and won’t book there again, which is to bad because the facility itself was very nice.

The pool area was comfortable and clean and the kids had lots of fun. Breakfast was good. Our room was also very clean and comfortable.

Pillows weren't fantastic, we had a room with a pull out bed but no additional bedding was provided, there were 2 coat hangers in the room and no additional hooks to hang towels on.

The pool was nice and warm and appeared well maintained.

Found an empty bottle and some wrappers from underwear underneath the bed that was not ours. So not impressed with the cleaning.

Breakfast was okay, ran out of waffle mix and syrup and it took awhile to get replenished. Eggs were a bit overcooked.

The bathroom looked very outdated and the maintenance on it was in need of dyer attention.

The rate was a good deal and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was really good as well.

The room was pretty dirty. Smears on the blankets, spills left on the tables, crumbs by bed, burnt out light, hairs in the bath tub, half a roll of toilet paper, hot tub out of order.

I didn't care for the over night staff not being helpful when a child family member got sick and couldn't understand what blankets I needed or really try to help in any way.

Didn’t have towels in the room. Had to go ask for them. Breakfast eggs were in a tray with aluminum foil. Some small pieces of foil were torn and mixed in with eggs. Desk person was hard to understand, and not very personable.

The room was musty and I’m not sure the air worked. Beds are moderately comfortable but bring your own pillow. The hall on the second floor had a q tip laying in the middle of the floor and a spill stain. Tolerable but I’m not sure I’d book again.

1) the room we booked wasnt the room we got booked a 2 bed with couch just got 2 beds 2) could hear the people above us all night kids jumping on the bed running around all night 3) the elevators are in a very inconvenient spot

The toilet was somewhat plugged up when we arrived. Went to the desk and got a plunger. After a bit of work got it to flush normal.
