My little one is very active due to her sensory needs. So I think that made the neighbors below us knock on their ceiling. I had to keep my daughter from having her usual play. Not as kid friendly as I thought.. But I understand and we were able to adjust.

My family really enjoyed how cozy and clean the space was. It felt like home away from home.

The manager, Thandi, is just wonderful! She left us some nice goodies to make our stay more enjoyable. The location worked out to be perfect for us. It was easy to get in and out with the door code and parking was plentiful.

As already mentioned to host, while property was excellent and clean, small things should have been noticed and addressed by staff - specifically, the loose toilet seat that I had to tighten to be usable, a lamp with a missing knob, rendering it inoperable, and a towel rack that was dangling from a single, un-anchored screw, also unusable. Put in a few towel hooks for that matter! Also, main lights are too high Kelvin and unnecessarily harsh. Aim for sub 3K kelvin for a more comfortable lighting feel, more akin to the lamps.

Great, interesting location. Soooo much better than a hotel for the cost - a no brainer. Super easy check in/check out. Spacious and pleasing decor. Gas stove. Wonderful kitchen layout (we cook most meals, and kitchen layout is huge for us, and this was great). Quiet. Clean. Walk to Social Still Distillery (wonderful food), Cutters Bike shop and more.

The apartment is just as pictured. CLEAN, updated and comfortable. The staff is great and hospitable. 5 minutes from the Wind Creek Event Center.

It would be nice to have ice cube trays in the freezer and a tea towel in the kitchen. Also, it would help to have a hook on the door in the bathroom, as there was nowhere to hang our wet bath towels. I could have sworn I saw a small exercise room in the pictures but I couldn’t find it. Hyatus should also give renters instructions that they need to pull the front door shut, as the door will not shut and be locked on its own.

The property looked just like the pictures and was very clean. I was traveling with my sister and it was terrific that we each had our own bedroom. The beds were comfortable. We cooked in, which worked out great, as there was a small dining table in the living area. The location was great for what we were doing, but the South side of Bethlehem is still largely small row houses. The front door had a code to get in, so the building was safe. I had a few questions, and the Hyatus staff was very responsive.

Didn't expect to have a view of the cemetery, but it didn't bother us much with closed curtains

The location was great, next to the spa and casino, and it was very quiet and safe. We always had a parking spot to use, there was plenty of space in the apartment with all the facilities we needed. The instructions were clear and the hosts were responsive. The hosts even provided cookies that my husband devoured almost instantly :D

It was such a comfortable stay. I went with my three sisters and my Mother and there was more than enough room for the 5 of us ladies. It was a short drive to downtown Bethlehem to see all the festivities and walk around and then back to the apartment to warmup with some Tea and play some games around the table. Home away from Home. It was the perfect location for the 5 of us to meet and spend quality time together. In the hustle bustle of all of our busy lifestyles, it was a great find for a place to gather and feel like you're home.

Just the smoke detector alarm going off and not having batteries to replace for emergencies. Also there was no hair dryer, but staff was able to drop off.

Location was good. We were super close to Windcreek Casinos. Instructions were easy to follow. The communication with the staff was excellent. The unit was very clean and inviting and comfy. Small details are important to me and they even gave us a departure gift of cookies.

Beautiful condos, that are very clean with just about everything you need. It felt like home away from home. Codes and fobs made getting in to the building and condos very painless. We rented two next to each other and it was so nice for our family to be close together. We would definitely stay here again!

It was just my daughter and I staying together and I would have liked some added security at night for my door such as a secondary look once we were in the room for the night. The shower curtain rod was not securely attached just supported by a tension rod, it did fall down once. It would have been nice to have a bath mat for the floor, I was a little nervous about slipping when stepping out of the shower.

I loved the cleanliness, the fully stocked kitchen, the free Wi-Fi and tv selection. The bed and linens were very nice. The towels were the perfect size. I liked the parking behind the building. I also like being able to control the thermostat with ease.
