Not a huge amount of space at breakfast and tables were dirty. People filled vacated tables with the expectation of clearing your own dishes but tables were not wiped by staff.

In my room there was a fairly big stain on one of the screens that separated the bed from the sitting area. Also had spots on the doorframe beside the toilette.

I was a little disappointed with the amenities. I expected more from a Hyatt, such as free cookies that you would not have to pay for. It did take staff a while to replenish breakfast items.

I paid for upper floor king Had room 430. WiFi wouldn’t work Called from desk “ yes it’s doesn’t work that far down the hall”. My reply was. I’m here for 5 nights. I booked 6 months out The parking lot is empty And you give me a room with no WiFi “ you booked through a 3rd party That’s how it goes”. Next morning I had to move to a room on second floor to get in the middle of hotel for some WiFi. That’s not acceptable

The breakfast was not good. The pancakes were like rubber. There were no forks. The orange juice was like drinking water with little to no taste.

The staff at check in told us the queen rooms were not ready so they would text us. We waited an hour and no text so went in to check and see because we kept seeing other people check in and go to their rooms. The girl at the desk said she knew nothing about it and that we could have gotten a room 45 minutes before. She did not apologize or anything kind of laughed under her breath. I was not happy because we were kind of on a schedule now we were late.

The location was perfect for a NC State game. It was clean and enough room for the family

Clean, spacious, friendly and accommodating staff, fruit and coffee available during most days, 24 hour convenience store/gas station across the street, hot and cold breakfast options, and accepts small dogs. Beds are very comfortable. Staff responsive to any issues with room.

All of the dog rooms were on the same floor, so if one dog barked, it started a chain reaction on the entire 2nd floor. My tiny dog is not a barker but was terrified due to the noise, we couldn't sleep through the noise. The rooms are stuffy because the windows can't be opened. The water is very hard, so it dries out the skin and hair. The breakfast food is microwave gross. We stood in the reception area for 10 minutes before anyone bothered to show up at the reception desk....turns out that the reception person was too busy in the dining area to bother checking us in even though he could easily see us standing there looking confused.

No significant complaints. Slight difficulty getting the perfect temperature in the room and some hair on the towels but otherwise great.

Property was clean overall and had wonderful staff. It was fairly quiet for a relaxing environment.

We were there for three breakfasts and each day included a great variety of options; however, they quickly ran out of a few items each day we were there. One day it was the fresh fruit and twice it was the eggs. The one day they refilled the eggs with partially frozen mini omelets. My kids liked the muffins but they were on the mushy side to me. Our room was very clean and the first day we turned down housekeeping since we were getting ready for an event when they came by; but, no one seemed to come by the second day even though we were gone most of the day and didn't put up a "Do Not Disturb" sign, so I'm not sure what happened there. This is minor so we didn't bother to ask the front desk for help but the desk lamp flickered too.

The room layout was perfect for our family of five and the partition between the couch and beds was super helpful. It was great to have a mini fridge and a microwave and I liked having the full size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available. The curtains let in a good amount of light when just the screen was used and did a good job blocking out the light when the opaque curtain was down. Beds were very comfortable and the extra blanket in the closet was nice. Breakfast pancakes were delicious, nice variety of cereal options and yogurt, and oatmeal toppings were a great addition. Coffee was solid but kind of weird to only have it in the little nook on the way to the elevators and not also in the eating area.

The sheets were dirty. Towels had hair stuck to them . The side table had black dirt under the glass. My window shade would not work so it stayed down the entire stay when i had a top floor room and view .

I was tolerable. Im honestly just not use to hotels . But it was not as bad as i was expecting it to be . It could have been way better .

Customer service was exemplary, breakfast was very good. The only thing I found was a box of condoms LEFT in room in a drawer beside the microwave. All areas need to be emptied and cleaned after use.

The bathroom in the rooms are a bit small, but it was cleaned well.

Maria checked us in and explained where everything was without delay,even though we got there a hour before check-in. The layout of the room was very nice and roomy. The Hyatt Place had the best breakfast of the three hotels we stayed at while in NC. They had the regular staples (toast, muffins, fruits coffee and juice) they also had 3 specialty items that were made fresh throughout the morning. The potatoes were seasoned and delicious. And we loved the mini omelets.
