You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomRoom wasn't proper clean, to get a dryer and a coffee machine I had to go to the reception, to get at least a fork I had to take the whole box of kitchen stuff and pay a deposit for it, I had to go to reception for a coffee valet every time I wanted a coffee, the gym has only one bench, breakfast was very basic

United StatesThe room I booked was supposed to have had a sofa bed. Our room only had a chair. No big deal since there were only 2 of us and our pet. The induction cook top was confusing. It required a certain kind of pan which we did not know about. We brought a skillet and pan but neither would heat up. Breakfast was pretty sad. Coffee was good but the food selection was pretty poor. I realize you are working with limited staff, but more options would have been nice.
Property was well maintained. Very nicely landscaped and lots of parking. Rooms were nice size. The location was great for our stay. 15 minutes to Lake Erie and 15 minutes to Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Also your hotel is Pet friendly and the rate for pets was very reasonable, which we greatly appreciate!

No coffee maker in the room, which was ok, but then they turn off the coffee maker in the breakfast area at 9:30, so no refills. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. But for the price of the room, I was ok with the breakfast but not the coffee.

United StatesFloors were dirty and sticky, a typical hotel problem with laminate floor. No wall decor, so the room echos. Only one very uncomfortable vinyl recliner and a desk chair in the "living room "area. No kitchen equipment or utensils, not even a coffee pot or hair dryer. 2 sets of towels and 1 soap and shampoo. Flat pillows. Pool water was cloudy, and the room was like a steam room. Breakfast was a few yogurts, hard-boiled eggs, muffins, and fruit. Literally a few.
The location was good for our vacation plans . Very large room. Afternoon staff was helpful.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a good value for the money. Easy drive from the Cleveland Clinic. I felt very safe staying there. The room was huge and very clean. The only drawback was that breakfast was sparse. I was able to take some breakfast bars and coffee to go.
