Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesService, beds, pillows, unwilling to accommodate type of personnel. Will NEVER stay there again and wish I didn’t spend so much money even with the minor adjustment they made to my bill. It was worth $400 at best. Waste of time and money. Also emailed corporate and they NEVER responded. How classless is that?!

United StatesI know it’s a pandemic but we got no dishes no cutlery no kitchen soap. had to find help to get toilet paper or garbage bags. I like this place. it’s my second stay in this king suite but not happy with the high room price with no service

United StatesThe room was small. The bathroom area had no door so when someone turned on the lights the entire room was illuminated. I didn't like have to pay to park my car. Not only that, I was charged for two nights parking when I stayed only one night.

United StatesOur room was 2 hours late in being ready, when we booked we were told we could check in at 3:00. When we got to the property around 3:45 we were told we couldn't check in until 5:00. That was very upsetting for my wife and me. Also the next morning the maid was knocking on our door at 9:30 when we had until 12:00 to check out. That was unprofessional and rude. Not sure if we will stay again because of that. Also the Elevators smelled pretty bad.
The location of the property was great! Being right down town and being able to walk to anywhere was nice. The hotel was fairly new and it look pretty good on the design end of things. Now I am typing to fill in the bar.

United StatesThe bathroom doors are weird and not very private. The shower heads need to be replaced. The shower felt like I was staying at a motel. Just not good for the price we paid and how nice the rest of the hotel was. The towels weren’t very nice either.
Breakfast was a great bonus, location was amazing, it was clean and easy to navigate. The hotel itself was nice.

United StatesI didn't like the fact I had to pay for parking even if I didn't have a parking spot in the main parking lot. In all honesty my first night was good I had a spot. The second night I had to park half a block away, in there defense, I forgot to talk to them about it on my way out but it would still be nice if they had a more legitimate parking arrangement.

United StatesThe only negative was other guests complaining about people getting on the elevator. I guess once 4 people are on they don’t think others should try to get in. We were already there, but man they complained about a family of 4 getting in, even though there was plenty of room. Apparently, in California, that doesn’t happen! Nothing the motel can do about that though.

United States1st room- shower floor was filthy. Had to change room- Staff totally unconcerned. Restaurant not open 1st night- 2nd night ate there- terrible!! Bisque soup tased like Spaghetti O sauce. Lettuce in Caesar salad was wilted. Again, staff did not seem to care. Ridiculously understaffed one or 2 employees at concierge desk- usually just one. Would NOT recommend. Was asked how my stay was I responded not great- no questions asked or indication of concern. Awful customer service!

United StatesThe toilet seat wasn’t even attached to the toilet and my son fell off the toilet seat and when I mentioned it to the front desk they said I might have to switch rooms which we had just unpacked and we’re moving my daughter into college. I paid $500 for this room and nothing was done, except the toilet seat being fixed while we were at dinner, considering what had happened it was very disappointing. I will be visiting my daughter a few times a year and will need a place to stay I would have thought management could’ve stepped in and done some thing.
