Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United Statesmy room was extremely dirty with lots of cuffs on n the walls and furniture, hadn’t been dusted in years and the parking situation is very uncomfortable is a multilevel parking where there are no valet carts on the upstairs level where you park, you have to be buzzed in from it to then take the elevator to go to the first level to check in and there is no security on any of the hotel levels so it feels very unsafe specially late at night.

Loved a hotel that provided great breakfast options everyday especially the hash browns and round egg patties. The area was so spacious and clean I was happy to get up early to dine downstairs! Great relaxing family atmosphere- kid friendly yet professional and sterile. A++ And the hotel location is simply excellent - close to all the main attractions and shopping areas.

United StatesThe room needed updating. Although the room was clean, the carpets were old and stained. I took offense to the $23. a day additional parking fee. I must have missed this information when booking my room. We had friends meeting up from all over the state. Some with 4 cars per room. I selected the Hyatt because of the location, but this added $ 100. per night to my friends' rooms.
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

United StatesThe pet area was filthy. It should have been cleaned. It was exceptionally dirty. Your front desk staff was rude. They went against the laws set down by the ADA. They forced me to sign a form for my Service Dog which is against the law. I will be reporting this. Sebastian got involved as well as two other staff and it became a circus in the reception area with three staff members two of which had no business being there except to listen in. I’ll never stay at the Hyatt in Boca Raton again. We changed hotels.

Sebastian at the front desk was outstanding! Super helpful , gave us excellent dining recommendations., he made our stay pleasant. Hotel location is great for it’s proximity to restaurants , Mixner Park, Royal Palm Square. The room is spacious and comfortable.
