That they charged 45.00 resort fee on top of room and breakfast was 30.00 each outrageous! Beds were very firm not confortable Shower had no pressure I would not stay here again for what we paid

Pool closes too early and pool door is hard to open. Toilet made a terrible sound when flushing. Faucet was leaking. Stairs are locked which is fine almost always but scary when a fire siren sounds.

Pool is very nice and warm. TV has wide variety of channels. Beds are are comfy. Our room was quite big and we didn't feel squished. Nice location, central to many touristy spots and ok-ish for public transport.

The only personal downside was the bathroom. The shower didn't have an additional shower head that you can take off the wall. The shower pressure could have been slightly better and the bathroom door didn't fully slide shut flush. However, this wasn't a deal breaker considering all the benefits of the hotel.

First time in San Francisco and after thorough research into different hotels, we had specifics we were looking for, namely nice clean rooms with no noise in a very good location. This hotel met all of this. I stayed in the King Room with courtyard view and it was a great sized room. It had a large bed with a chair, sofa, table, TV, wardrobe and enough space. The room came with a fridge, safe, iron, ironing board which was great as we didn't have to ask the help desk to bring anything up to us. The bathroom had a sink, toilet & shower with adequate space. The hotel has an outdoor pool & jacuzzi, with indoor gym/fitness room. The bed was comfortable and we didn't hear any noise, which allowed us to sleep during the night. We had breakfast included and they came us breakfast vouchers for each day which we would hand to the team on duty during breakfast. The breakfast was plenty some, having eggs, omelette, potatoes, toast, bagels, waffle, french toast, fresh fruit, juice, tea/coffee etc. The breakfast definitely gave us a great start to the day and is open for around 4 hours with plenty of seating. They also provided us with some discount coupons for local restaurants at the pier, which came into use to allow us to have a lower dinner/lunch bill. This was an additional benefit which we didn't know they offered. The staff were very friendly and always on hand to help, cannot fault them. The location was absolutely brilliant, it allowed us to use the local bus, tram, cable car and walk to all our destinations. There are many stops around the hotel within a couple minutes walk and the pier is within 7-9min walk from the hotel. Around the hotel you have souvenir stores, trader joes, 7Eleven, all within 3-5min walk. The public transport allowed us to reach golden gate park, golden gate bridge with such ease, as well as more local areas such as union square, Lombard street, painted ladies, Alcatraz etc.

On Room 395, there was very noisy sound going on & off all night … we couldn’t sleep Parking costs $70 !

The construction in the lobby was not super pleasant, but not a huge inconvenience either. $65 a day for parking seems like robbery.

The location was perfect. It was walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go for the short time we were here.

just then the pool was being renovated, so it was not used. The shower flows from the ceiling and it is difficult to shower. The breakfast selection gets boring after a few days.

The price of an overnight parking was super expensive. If not we could have kept the rental car 1 extra night and bring it in the city back. Now we had to go back to the airport.

The cost per day of parking at the hotel. Although I would have been able to leave and return as many times as I want. But still pricy since it was per day.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and how welcoming the staff was. Loved that we could walk to fisherman’s wharf for some fun and not worry about finding parking or just driving in general.
