There was no pool which pictures shows and a well maintenence facility, after speaking to other guess pool has been broken for years. Grounds and landscaping not kept up looks ran down. icemachine broken. Breakfast is a bagged snack bag with breakfast bar and fruit.Staff wasn't welcoming or informative. Arrived around 3 and lady a desk just look and said check in not until 4 as she walked out front to smoke a cigarette.. bed linens smelled like cigarettes although this was a non smoking room, toilet wasn't fully functional slow flushing and going down toilet seat it self snapped off.

No complimentary breakfast like stated no sauna like it stated. Was very hard to find parking spaces.

Rooms were comfy and nice. Elevator made easy access to rooms.

I didn't like that all the hotel and amenities were closed and except the gym plus breakfast was a brown bag.... The drive to Busch's gardens from the was perfect 16-20mins my POV.

The lady at the front desk the morning of checkout was rude. She came to our door and knocked, didn't say who she was, and even though we had the TV on and I said that I was coming, she still tried to open the door, claiming she didn't hear anything. Then when I was asking her why she didnt announce herself when she knocked, she got an attitude and told me that she didn't have to announce herself because it was a few minutes after checkout time. She then told me I was over reacting. My fiance booked a room for the next day and she couldn't find it at first. Then she told my fiance she booked a nonsmoking room even though she didn't. She then told us that it was $10 more than the original price stay in the same room for another night. We also told her we didn't need housekeeping to come do anything in our room but when we came back from shopping, it was clear that they had come into our room anyways.

The jacuzzi tub was nice. The bed was comfortable.

Needs updating and repairs. Jets for Jacuzzi tub did not work. Complimentary breakfast was pitiful.

Beds were super comfortable. Convenient location.

The air conditioning in the room didn't seem to work well. We just couldn't get the room cool. The air conditioner left a puddle of water in the floor. Carpet was soaking wet. If you expect to have breakfast in the breakfast area,don't. You are given brown paper bags at the lobby desk. Which included juice, a granola bar, a microwaveable breakfast sandwich.

The room itself was fine. We spent the days out and was only there to sleep.

The hotel was not well kept in any regard (not cleaned regularly, not maintained to the point that there were many places where there was no smoke alarm) We received no room service, there was no breakfast contrary to what the website stated, the jacuzzi was almost falling apart, there was trash in various locations that stayed there our entire stay, there was broken furtniture in the room that was just sitting in a corner, and many other things.

Almost nothing went well. We had a corner room and no neighbors and that was about it.

The hotel was kind of dirty especially the hallway outside of our room and the elevators. The room itself was cleaner than the rest of the building.

We had a spa room. Loved the 1960’s decor.

Room service came but did not make beds or clean, simply emptied garbage. We had to use pool towels from the closed pool because the hotel had run out of regular towels.

The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful; however, the hotel was lacking cleaning staff.

They do not allowe you to check in early no matter what. So at 4 PM there were 20 people in lobby wanting to check in on time. I called and offered extra money to check in early. Rudely told no.

Not at all like pictures described very outdated. Our fridge was broke and adjoining room AC was not cold.
