If they are going to have a jacuzzi in the rooms, they could atleast let them work, poor people deserve a little comfort too.

The property leaves the ACs off in the room so when we walked in it was extremely hot in there and smelt real musty

Back was never secured, so open access to anyone 24 hours. Front lobby counter need pairing and cleaning Elevators need pairing and has excessive carvings and graffiti. Ac is loud, which prevents sleeping. Whole building and room smell like cigarette smoke even though it states non- smoking. This affected breathing. Carpet in elevator, luggage carrier, poo chairs, and hallway carpet are dirty. And worn out due to tearing and loosened materials. Need someone to clean the pool daily and add chemicals that fight bacteria. Too many cigarette butts and other garbage on the exterior. Need a table in a clean area to eat breakfast.

When we entered our room there was a random man in there smoking up. There truly is no “breakfast included”. It’s a couple yogurts they have in the main lobby fridge. The room wasn’t the cleanest and our bathroom lacked water pressure and temperature making it difficult to shower. For the price, go somewhere else.

The hall smelled like cigarettes. First room had no fridge and the A/c didn’t work. We got a different room. Second room had feces on the toilet seat and the toilet seat was broken. Two light bulbs weren’t working in the room. And found several hairs from the Netherland region on the “clean” towels. Other guests were fighting in the hall kicking doors etc. no one came to calm them down.

The staff didn’t try to make small talk which is what we liked. Good channels on the tv. Staff replaced toilet seat the next day and provided clean towels each day.

Breakfast was in a paper bag, we were hoping for something hot not a sack lunch. Place was a bit run down and in need of some updates. Has smoking rooms which gives the whole place a bad smell.

I didn't like the room I was in the first night. . They moved me, but when I wanted to add an extra day the asked for a $150 deposit. The day time person wasn't a nice person. I told her I wanted a non smoking room cause I have 2 babies with me and I have cancer. She ain't care. So we ended up at another hotel. I come from las vegas. And my family is in richmond, I choose to drive way to williamsburg cause I had great experience the last 4 times I stayed at this hotel. Well I won't be returning to this hotel. I will from now on find a hotel in richmond or somewhere else in williamsburg.

I love the location. And the night time receptionist.

Needs to be cleaned up , got a bag breakfast instead of the hot one . They have a whole kitchen and breakfast area but not used . Had to change rooms due to fridge not working , electric was not working on some walls and smoke detector was none existing.

Me getting stuck at a elevator and it took them 30 minutes to get me out because they had to go hunt down the maintenance man and then the guy at the front desk said oh wow, the first elevator it happens all the time to people a lot of people got stuck in that elevator so they need to go. Fixed that elevator before people and up really seriously. I have a heart attack cause. I want to do a full-blown. Panic and anxiety attack and had to sit on the floor and take deep breath and pray to God. Do they hurry up and get me out of there?

I like everything until I got Stuck in the elevator for 30 minutes before they found the maintenance man to come. Help me and I had a full-blown. Panic and anxiety attack and I was in the floor crying, hoping they would hurry up and get me out of the broken elevator that got stuck.
