Room opened out to a dumpster that was cleaning out/ renovating other rooms. I was warned that renovations were taking place, but as a returning customer I will take that into consideration if/when I travel to that location next time.

The parking is free but unlike other motels where you are given a spot outside your room, this property allows anyone to park anywhere. So you may have room 12- and someone else may be parked outside of your room and you may have to park around back. Still a safe feeling with surveillance cameras all over the property.

The location is great right off 95. We have used this place for years as our layover spot when we travel from Virginia to Florida. For years it has been consistent. Clean, safe, comfortable all at an affordable price.

When I reserved my room, I indicated my wife was handicapped and she couldn't walkup steps and if possible to get a room that would be close to where we parked our car. When I arrived at 11:30 on 6/11/2024 the woman at the front desk said there was no indication of my handicapped request and that the only room available would be on the second floor with no elevator. I told here we will not take that room. She said that another room on the first floor was available for $40 more. At 11:30PM I decided that I would accept that offer rather than use my cell phone to find another motel. Unless you refund my $40 plus tax I will: 1) never use Booking.com or stay at this hotel again and, 2) Repeat my story and give you the lowest possible rating. No bath mat, not enough towels (had to go back to front desk, she didn’t know what a bath mat was, but hubby helped her find one). Front desk clerk spoke very fast and was hard to understand, although she was pleasant. A roach crawled up my leg while having breakfast in the breakfast room. Everything seemed clean, but that was the end of my appetite!

Easy location, beds very comfortable, check in and check out a breeze. great Mexican restaurant quarter mile away (Jalisco).

The door to our room ( #103) didn't seem to be very secure. At night, we could see the lights outside through the door frame.

It was close to someplace to eat without having to drive there. Staff in the office was nice and polite.

I prefer Hotels vs Motels. You advertise as a Hotel (where you enter a building and go to your room) vs. a Motel (where you enter your room from the parking lot). It seemed most of the occupied rooms were on one side so parking was a challenge. Use both sides so more parking spaces are available please. Also, in this day and age, toilets that are at least "chair height" are the norm. Your low toilets are tough on older folks.

The top sheet had holes/tears in it and the sheets were rough. It was really just ok. After staying there, I don't agree with some of the ratings, it wasn't what I expected.

It was convenient to Rt 95. The staff was pleasant.

Outdoor entrances to rooms. No elevator to second floor. Fortunately I had read there were no elevators and requested 1st floor.

Room was clean, bed comfortable. Old motel that had be renovated. Bathroom was tub and shower head, but clean.

Everything was very new. The shower was beautiful with granite walls. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was especially good. There were pancakes, yogurt, biscuits and gravy and scrambled eggs. A very nice spread.

Peeling in shower made it look worn. We were on 2nd floor & we learned there was no elevator to use to unload our bags (We are 55+yrs old.)

Clean room that accepted our pet. Space outside to walk pet. Facilities we needed were functional. Decent breakfast selections.
